Osage Casino Hotel - Ponca City

Night facilities, however Casino area wreaked of cigarette smoke. There is not a No Smoking area and poor ventilation. The food was okay, nothing fancy but reasonably priced. Big complaint was people in there gambling with pet not on a leash.

24/7 pool and hot tub. Great bar/pub off the casino floor. Breakfast included.

In July they shut down the pool & outdoor spa for renovation. Really?? The housekeeping dept manager told us they doesn't clean your room, make your bed, or pickup your dirty towels until day 3? Really?? The casino restaurant & lounge bar aren't open & apparently haven't been open in years. Really?? The casino itself is clean but extremely tight. On the 3rd day of our stay we were evacuated due to a detonatable device located in the hotel before 8 am. At 10:30 am we were allowed to go back to our room. Enough was enough. Packed up our stuff & checked out. This place gives me negative vibes after all this! Won't go back!!

Lovely stay at Osage Ponca city. Very friendly staff! The room was beautiful! The cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the casino area. Very nice pool.

Was told the pdo not know yet if this will be comped ool was closed for two days 3 hours after we checked to swim no signs and wr made the reservation thinking there was a pool,

My only complaint would be the cigarette smoke odor in the casino. But, It is a casino and I sort of expected that, especially since there was an ashtray at nearly every slot machine. We didn't go there to play, just to use the hotel as a stop over while traveling from Texas to Iowa. The place was clean, nice bar and the hot tub was one of the best hotel hot tubs we have ever used!

They left the very loud music out by the pool in all night. I had to call at 4 in the morning to ask them to turn it off

We had THE BEST time here for a quick getaway! Wish y’all had electronic roulette! If you did we didn’t see it. Loved everyone! Pool and hot tub were super clean and fun as well!! Thanks for having us will stay again!

The pool was closed, no discount could be given. The mattress was hard as a rock. Thermostat was hard to regulate making it too cold or hot.

Poop on bathroom wall boogers on floor smelled of illegal substances Asked me to leave my dirty room so they could clean it up and at that point the cleanliness integrity of the room was compromised. Nothing else was done or said not even an apology. The phone didn’t work and the light bulbs were all burnt out. Had lots of black paint handprints on furniture.

Love staying here when i return to tge Ponca Area. Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, clean, clean rooms. Close to everything.

We have stayed close to 20 nights there over the past 2 years with our daughter at NOC. Up until this time the prices had been very competitive and facility was clean. This time you did make a change in dates due to a health issue of my husband and I flew instead of driving- which I appreciate. However it was close to $700 for 2 nights. Room felt dirty- like I needed to wear shoes in the room. Did not receive any cleaning of room and had to ask for additional towels. For that price I should have received cleaning. Disappointed in the overall stay as it was not what I am used to in the past- she graduated Saturday so not a good way to end our time in the area.

They did not clean toom second day or give nrw towels. They daid we had to tewuest this. They shpuld tell you this when you check in.

Enjoyed our stay at the Osage Casino and Hotel... found all the staff very friendly and helpful... rooms were clean and well kept ...we will certainly stay here again !

The room was a king suite with comfortable bed and furniture. We enjoyed an evening meal at the bar, restaurant wasn’t open. the lobby area, filled with loud games, was obnoxious. But the sleeping room hall on 1st floor was quiet & secluded.

The room was nice and clean, but in the evenings, you could faintly smell smoke from the casino, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Super hard.

Beautiful hotel, each room is a mini suite. Sitting area, wet bar, keurig, sink and fridge. A microwave would be very nice to have too. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with plenty of space.

Best rooms. Everything you need. Wi-fi is super fast. Every time I'm in Ponca City, this is my go-to hotel!

Lighting is rooms are dim and not very bright even with all the lights on at night.

First the good news: Room was large and had a small front sitting area with couch and TV, Bathroom was very well equipped with soap and a good sized shower. Bad news: The bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep at all so I moved to the small (but cushioned) sofa, the room did not have a microwave and lastly the room was so dimly lite that I struggled to see to get hair and makeup done in the morning.

The rooms are just outstanding. Having a sitting area seperate from the beds was very nice. Reserved a king size bed but was told only 2 doubles was available. Was told that was the only option. Somewhere something got crossed.

The hotel and property was fine. Front desk staff were not helpful or accommodating and not at all considerate of the customer client. When mentioned I use the Expedia hotel app be response was we don't deal with any of that just show your ID I put the reservation in my sister's name and my sister was 2 hours out of state so we were sitting there waiting because we paid for the room and we're going to show our ID to check the room and get it ready and put in a gift basket or welcome basket and the reservation clerk hotel clerk was not helpful at all refused and just said I cannot help you you have to wait for your relative to get here to show her ID even though we were the ones who had made the reservation for her and paid for everything. When my sister got there they didn't have the room ready they said they didn't have a key which was very ridiculous seeing as how the keys are all digital cards and told her to come back in the room was not ready so I don't know what that nonsense was about it was absolutely horrible after her long travel of 2 to 3-hour trip to get there. upon going into town to wait and go to the store she said they finally called her and then when she got there they wouldn't give her the key until she gave them $50 when I made the reservation online I assumed I had covered all charges it was the most ridiculous and horrible hotel experience for my sister she had just got out of the hospital that day and traveled 3 hours to come perform my daughter's weddin

Do not return deposit in a timely msnner thrn blame every one else, never recommend this customers service group. They do nt care

They place a $50 hold for incidentals upon registration, however they keep it fo 7 to 10 days after checkout and blame evetone else including Expedia for not returning it in a timely manner (24 to 48 hours) upon checkout.

Booked through Expedia, but when we arrived 30 minutes later they said the reservation never came through and they had no rooms. The person seemed to not care. Yet Expedia still charged us the rate. Not sure if this hotel just rented our reservation to someone else for more money or what happened,but Expedia showed a room but the hotel said it shows where it was there but never came through in time to fill it!

This is a brief summary of a long story. When checking in the male employee (Giavonni?) told my wife that although we had reservations, there were no rooms available and that he was not going to check us in. She tried to engage him for discussion and he said the reservation was in my name and he would not speak to her. I was standing about 10 feet away loading our luggage on a cart and he knew we were together! I then approached the desk and he bruskley asked for my ID and credit card and without any other discussion he handed me cards to a room. More to the story but the employee acted as if he had a mental affliction and was very rude.

Took a weekend with my best friend at Osage Casino and we were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Staff dropped in on us while we were by the pool to see if they could get us anything and were friendly and warm. We had dinner in the bar and it was delicious. Our breakfast was hot and a good selection. The coffee was always fresh. Our beds were firm and we had full-sized pillows, not the weird little squares so many other places have. The only downside to our adventure was the water pressure in the shower. It was lacking. You can’t win them all! We will definitely be back. Osage Casino was a jewel.

I was in town for a family function. And this was the best place to stay far enough away from town not to interfere with all of the construction going on at the Conoco plant.

The Osage Casino is on the edge of busy part town so it’s very quiet compared to franchise hotel row. The facility & rooms are clean spacious & very modern

Hotel room was very nice and I would recommend this to anyone passing through Ponca City. Room was spacious and had a sitting area with TV and a large TV in the bedroom. There was no smell of smoke in the room and each time I returned to the hotel I found a parking spot very close to the lobby. It was nice having a gas station with convenience store on the property. I am not a gambler but was surprised it was slots only. I am a walker and walked the perimeter of the property which is over 1/2 mile 5 laps at night and felt very safe.

Excellent location. Excellent room Helpful and courteous staff at check in and check out. Breakfast needs improvement. There was only oatmeal as a hot option. Other than that, there were bagels, assorted rolls, and cold cereals. Please offer hot options like eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and--very important--fresh fruit. There was no fresh fruit at all. Other hotels like La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Fairfield, and others, offer hot breakfast options and fresh fruit. Put some apples, oranges, and bananas out for guests, please. The pool looked beautiful, although I did not use it. Great convenience store with gas station just next door. Room was excellent. Very secure and safe. Only thing is because it's a casino is that the2 front lobby is horribly stinky from cigarette smoke. It was nauseating and overpowering. Please look into an upgraded air filtering and cleaning system. The hotel itself is wonderful. No smoking allowed in hotel room section. But, walking through the stinky lobby is a definite negative.

It is a bery comfortable and clean place to stay. The free breakfast is available, but is really lacking. I went once during my stay, but it was not worth going to again.

Overall, a good stay. Room is spacious and nice, however they were out of king rooms so we had to accept 2 double beds. Would be more comfortable if they were queen beds but we made it work. Limited dining options. Free breakfast not great. Casino was not friendly.

The hotel itself is excellent. The choices for breakfast are slim cereal, oatmeal, waffles, a few pastries and bread. Drinks are apple and orange juices, coffee and milk.

My stay was excellent, I just would have preferred the bed to be not so hard. Down for work and only stayed 2 nights but the room itself and shower was exceptional. The food that I ate in the casino bar was very good and reasonably priced.

Didn’t like the smoke smell everywhere except in our room itself. Especially in restaurants.

Clean room and friendly desk and housekeeping staff. Waited for service in the dining area. But after 15 minutes and nobody greeting, I left and got take out.
