Good hotel, near the bridge. Very clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast but good, staff was helpful in frontdest and in the breakfast (lizi and tania)

Persze, itt egy sokkal professzionálisabb, természetes angol nyelvű változat, amely továbbra is határozott: My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, especially the manager. My credit card was charged before my arrival, even though the booking clearly stated that payment would be taken upon check-in. When I questioned this, the manager insisted they were entitled to do so, which was both misleading and unacceptable. Despite arriving after the official 3:00 PM check-in time, our room was still not ready, resulting in an unnecessary wait. The bathroom was poorly designed and badly maintained. Every shower flooded the entire floor because of the inadequate shower setup and the lack of proper protection to keep the water contained. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The powdered scrambled eggs were of very poor quality, and the overall selection was limited and uninspiring. This is particularly disappointing in a country like Georgia, which is known for its excellent cuisine. Overall, the hotel is in urgent need of proper management and a complete renovation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

the reservation says full breakfast... its a huge lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the breakfast was a terrible experience, no choice, crowded area, compare with other places it is a kind of nonsense, in a hostel ok

its better a WORTH Western, not a best...the shower is licking in the batroom, after a shower the whole floor is under water, extreme bad, staf is not polite, it took us 45 min to get a cup of the at the sky bar, and the breakfast is a big piece of sH_t
