We had a one night stay we had early flight next morning.The hotel and our room was immaculate and extremely clean and relaxing. All staff were very professional,helpful and polite. We had a fabulous Latte made by David.First class coffee,which is hard to find someone who knows how to make proper coffees.David was extremely friendly and polite.A credit to the hotel. We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Kutaisi.We will definitely return.

The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The condition of the property is outdated and in need of renovation. Check-in was problematic, and the reception staff were abrupt, non-customer friendly, and lacked professionalism. Overall, not a welcoming experience and disappointing for a Best Western. Would not recommend based on the current service level.
