Hôtel flambant neuf, idéalement situé au cœur de Saint-Ouen et à proximité immédiate du métro. Les espaces communs sont agréables et le restaurant mérite d’être souligné : décoration très réussie, ambiance chaleureuse et carte de qualité. Le personnel de restauration est d’ailleurs particulièrement sympathique et l’ensemble de l’hôtel est très propre. Quelques points méritent toutefois d’être signalés. Au restaurant, la musique est un peu trop forte pour permettre des conversations confortables. Les chambres ont une configuration assez singulière : le lit fait face à la fenêtre, tandis que la première chose visible en entrant est le lavabo. On dort également avec la porte dans le dos, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. Par ailleurs, la rue est assez bruyante : lors de mes deux nuits sur place, j’ai été réveillée vers 4h30 du matin par le passage des éboueurs. Enfin, les amenities en chambre restent très limitées : pas de savon ou gel pour les mains au niveau du lavabo, ni de petits accessoires pourtant utiles au quotidien. À noter également que les processus de check-in et check-out sont relativement longs.

Disappointing to come to France and they don’t have Brie at breakfast. The staff that works the breakfast and dinner are quick to get your room number for register but so very slow to refill bread and toppings. Also insanely loud music during breakfast and dinner. We saw this every day for 6 days. Rooms are clean and cool design. We missed a tv, the hotel has a no tv policy and we like to decompress at night after a long day in busy Paris. Free minibar is water with gas and still. Snacktime in the lounge is oranges and water with oranges. It says the hotel restaurant menu varies but we got the same menu every day for two different weeks. Had two dinners and a lunch and the food is ok, not more. The smaller rooms are hot and gets noisy at night from the street. We had one room at 1 floor and one suite at 6th floor. Both rooms are beautiful and housekeeping very good. The staff in reception are very friendly and speak English. Kitchen/servers are slow and seem not interested in guests. One wore grey sweatpants while serving! Absolutely recommend 6th floor suite with terrace, and overall the hotel is very worth it if you lower expectations after reading their information. For the most time we were very pleased with our stay.

Room maintenance was poor - both bedside lamps and bathroom tap broken. Also noisy party with DJ in lobby/bar area could be heard in the room on 3rd floor until midnight on a Thursday night - had to walk through the party to reach lifts to rooms. Aircon in room is insufficient at cooling room. Staff offered no advance notice of noise or apology for poor maintenance of room when informed.
