Friendly staff. They have recently switched to a pay to park plan but when I showed them your notice of free parking they covered my parking.

Overall nice hotel, close to the airport. It’s not in the nicest area, but it was convenient for a quick overnight business trip. It’s only about a 10 minute ride to downtown area. My room did not have hot water- they did change my room, but I had to repack and take everything back to the front desk. They said that some rooms experienced that issue with the hot water. If they knew about the issue, I’m not sure why they gave me that room in the first place. (Room 203). Also, parking is not free as indicated on Hotels.com. It’s about $13/ day.

The location is brand new very nice, the staff for the most part was kind and courteous. The security was sleep in the back of the building with her car positioned right in the middle of the street so we were unable to park in the lot and there were no other spots due to a late arrival of our flight. Longer than that. I would definitely stay again!!!

Loved how close to airport it was and you cannot hear the planes. Bar stays open until 1pm and pool until 12 am. Very clean and rooms are a good size.

The property itself is pleasant, but a major concern is the lack of security cameras outside the building. Unfortunately, our truck was stolen from the parking lot, and without any camera footage, there was no way to investigate the incident. The hotel's interior is clean and well-maintained, although some upgrades could be beneficial, such as replacing the torn couches in the pool area. Safety is a top priority, and in this case, it was compromised. I wish this hotel would invest in a security system and cameras. Having to deal with a security issue while traveling with a 1-year-old and a 4-month-old was incredibly stressful and unfortunate. There was no compassion from none of the hotel members, they knew what we were going through and didn’t even bother to talk to us.

The sheets had stain on it, the floor was sticky and when I requested room service the following morning, no one cleaned the room. I ended up changing the sheets myself, disgusting!

The Cambria is really nice and comfortable. We loved the beds, how they were made and how they felt sleeping in them. I usually can't sleep at hotels very well and the first night I did have trouble because other guests kept letting their doors slam closed and it sounded like someone was fighting with their partner at 3am one night. So while the rooms were soundproof the doors are not and I wish they had a way to make them close softer. The pool, while great, was a bit dirty at the stepping in area, not a turn off, but was noticeable. The staff are amazing, very friendly, inviting. We loved the music theme throughout the hotel, it was fun finding new pictures and the murals in the rooms were on point. The bar and grille was really nice and relaxing as well, the food was amazing. I could live in this place full time, if only I was able. Overall, I loved this place and would go back time and time again. I want to order their bedding and pillows... time to do some googling.

From the time we walked in the door we were greeted and treated like royalty. Larry greeted us and checked us in. He explained where everything was. Times that their in house resteraunt and bar closed at just in case we wanted to grab a bite. There was a problem with the lights in the first room we got but I called and Larry immediately got me another room and 2 breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. The rooms are spacious and even have a bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. We got two queen size beds and they do have a huge couch that someone could sleep on if needed. Beds and pillows were great. Rooms were both clean too. We went down for breakfast and the server there was awesome. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name! Food was delicious and great service. The decor is awesome and has a music theme which my daughter loved as she plays several instruments herself. Everything was perfect!

Hotel staff was friendly and speedy. Room looked great, modern with nice music themed room decor. Overall nicely done. Two items were not so great. 1) blackout curtain was semi impossible to see and we slept all night with blinding parking lit lights at our room level i small sign of how to deploy blackout curtains would have been very helpful. 2) when we needed hot water i ran out of oatience waiting for it to arrive. Wife took a cold shower waiting for it to get warm. Only after abot 10 minutes of cold water did it start to get tolerably warm for a shower.

Had a brief but delightful stay here. I really like that the floors are wood instead of carpet. Feels cleaner. Staff went out of their way to organize a very late arrival at the airport. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that there are no blackout curtains. Light from outside comes in all night. Despite that, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was very clean and modern. I loved the smart mirror in the bathroom too listen to music while in the shower. The shower was great, the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated... Loved the wallpaper!

Nice hotel with restaurant and bar. Close to airport, very clean. Only problem was the AC was broke. Was almost 80 degrees all night. We did get in late and thought maybe if we turned it down the temp would get cooler. Woke up around 12:30 sweating and couldn’t get it to go down. Told front desk in the morning and was told they have been having trouble with the AC in some of the rooms.

Gentleman at the reception desk was very good. He was polite, professional, and pleasant to talk to. He even helped us out with our luggage when we departed. Also, the gentleman working the restaurant and bar was exceptional. He was doing EVERYTHING by himself and did an excellent job. We will definitely return.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and confortable. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel. My wife and I went to the bar last night and waited at the bar while the bartender and another worker looked straight at us several times and never said a word. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes. Customer service is so important. Just acknowledging us would have worked

Made a claim to Expedia to see if i can the change dates of my stay due to my uncle passing away, apparently i wasn’t able to due to property manager not making an exception. Still got messages during my “stay” when i wasn’t even there. Just wish i could’ve gotten a change cause money just went down the drain.

My stay at Cambria was awesome! Not far from the airport, and not far from the main areas of Austin. There is also a nice bar and grill that serves good food when you don’t want to leave the hotel. I’ll definitely look to stay here again if I’m ever in the Austin area.

Overall nice hotel, close to the airport. It’s not in the nicest area, but it was convenient for a quick overnight business trip. It’s only about a 10 minute ride to downtown area. My room did not have hot water- they did change my room, but I had to repack and take everything back to the front desk. They said that some rooms experienced that issue with the hot water. If they knew about the issue, I’m not sure why they gave me that room in the first place. (Room 203). Also, parking is not free as indicated on Hotels.com. It’s about $13/ day.

We have stayed here multiple times for a quick get-away from San Antonio. It is always so clean, quiet, and relatively close to downtown and other Austin attractions. It is nice to stay a slight distance from where all the traffic tends to be. We’ll be staying at Cambria near the Austin airport on future visits.

I like the bed okay. The property seems poorly constructed / cheap materials and kind of thrown together, although the decor is mostly nice for the moment. The service was fine, but it’s clearly understaffed. The stairs accessibility is a bit odd and the shower tiles are slippery. The a/c was good but noisy. We didn’t feel like going out on our short stay so we ate at the little restaurant. The cocktails were very good (yay) but food-wise the menu was very limited and they don’t have everything on-hand that is needed for the menu. This is my first stay at a Cambria property and I’m mostly unimpressed. I did sleep okay because the bed and linens were decent, so that made it good-enough.

Was given a handicap room that I didn’t reserve that had broken AC and smelled like mold. Room was changed to a double queen missing a bathroom door…. Just behind the property is an empty lot that people are dumping in.

Was not expecting the hotel to have it's own little personality. Loved the decor and theme of the hotel. Staff was really helpful from check in staff to restaurant. Food and drinks in the restaurant were perfect, we ate there twice. Was expecting typical chain hotel food, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of drinks and food. Our room was nice and cold when we arrived. Did not try out the pool, but will do that next time, it looked relaxing. I really like that the bedding towels were more than the typical hotel white that you usually see. A lot of attention to detail at this hotel.
