This place was great! The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly we’ve experienced at a hotel. The room was spacious and exactly as advertised. Although dated in some places, it was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a little dirty but didn’t keep my kid from jumping in! The road can be loud (truck brakes) but it doesn’t go all night and being able to have the AC fan running constantly helped. It is in a fantastic location and absolutely would stay again!

The hotel itself was very clean and everybody was super nice. The only draw back was that the pool was a large part of why we booked this property due to having some down time in our plans, and the pool was inoperable.

The staff was very friendly. The room is in need of an updating. Breakfast could have been better. My kids were bummed there wasnt waffles or pancakes. The pool was cold even though it was 84 outside. I probably wont stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom and had a ton of space. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our icemaker in our refridgerator didn't work, and the front desk was quick to help us with a bag of ice. They had the most versatile breakfast options that I have seen. The downsize was there were no towels at the pool and my husband had to clean plant yard debris out of it before we could get in. The garbage outside at the pool was also full. The pool just seemed neglected but our room and the breakfast were great

The pool was great and the hotel manager was wonderful. However, this is right by the highway and is so loud. I would not stay again for that reason. The room was missing some bedding for the couch, but that was easily provided when I asked.

We checked into this hotel with 2 rooms that we requested for the first floor due to handicap, elderly family. We received 2 upper level rooms with lots of stairs to climb. We were informed breakfast would also be upstairs with no elevator offered. Lots of uneven concrete walking on the outside grounds. Our one room had a visual bed bug on the pillow. Between them ignoring our first floor request, finding a bed bug and then the desk clerk not even apologizing or acting surprised about being informed of the bed bug. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel. Do not recommend. Customer service is lacking.

Our first room had ants, so after 1 night we had to move rooms. Asked the front desk to put us in a close bottom room because we had a bunch of stuff to move (that wasn’t accommodated and I understand they have to go on availability). We had no apology for the inconvenience and room service/house maids were impossible to get. We needed extra towels and blankets and had to argue about getting extras. The second room we went too hadn’t been wiped down properly. There was dirt/sand all over the countertops. The complimentary breakfast was the most under whelming breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even with it being complimentary.

The room was nice size, we were'nt familiar with the area, there didn't seam like there was any restraunts close, there was a couple of gas stations within walking distance, I didn't make it to breakfast in time so I had to walk to the gas station and grap something.

We have stayed at several hotels in our travels as a family, and I realize now that I will actively be looking for Residence Inns in the future. The room met all of our needs, the breakfast selection was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly!

Our room was great and clean. The breakfast they offered wasn't the best, but it was something. Upon checkout I saw they charged my card $5 a day for parking. I went to the office and they did refund it. Not sure why they charged me but it was taken care of.

The staff was very friendly. The room is in need of an updating. Breakfast could have been better. My kids were bummed there wasnt waffles or pancakes. The pool was cold even though it was 84 outside. I probably wont stay here again.

We weren't very impressed with breakfast for how expensive our room was for a one night stay. We went down around 9 am, with breakfast ending at 10, and out of the eggs, sausage patties, sugar waffles, and oatmeal, there were only eggs left and the other hot foods were not getting replenished. The fruit was also not looking fresh - all of the bananas had split peels and the one I chose ended up being rotten on the end. We overheard the attendant telling another guest that you have to come down earlier to get the good food, but this was for the whole last third of Saturday morning breakfast that they were out of all that stuff. We ended up going for bagels since it was one of the last options, then were told they didn't have cream cheese either. Other than that, we had a great stay! The beds were super comfy, room was clean, and it was a great location for our stay after a concert at Rupp Arena!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom and had a ton of space. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Our icemaker in our refridgerator didn't work, and the front desk was quick to help us with a bag of ice. The place was conveniently located to everything we needed. The only drawback was the amenities. Because it was April, all of the outdoor amenities were closed. The pool was covered, and the firepit area wasn't operational.

They had the most versatile breakfast options that I have seen. The downsize was there were no towels at the pool and my husband had to clean plant yard debris out of it before we could get in. The garbage outside at the pool was also full. The pool just seemed neglected but our room and the breakfast were great

Breakfast really sucked. Waffles were really hard. Maybe they sat there for too long. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was friendly.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room we were given. The second room we were given had red stains in multiple spots on the carpet. The carpet was also had frayed edges on the stairs. The couch looked like a cat had used it for a scratching post. And lastly there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good on the weekend. Staff was very kind and helpful.

To describe this room as a penthouse suite is a heck of a stretch. This hotel is "rustic" at best. We have been to 4 hotels in 5 days, and this stay was the most expensive, for the least. I am so surprised Marriot puts their name on it. It suits a truckers life better than a vacationing couple.

Excellent place to stay especially for a longer stay. It’s like having your own apartment with full kitchen, living room. Room gets cleaned every day. Excellent breakfast with far more options than your standard hotel breakfast. Super convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park, restaurants and highways.
