There was soooo much to love about this place: quiet, secure, clean, very nice landscaping. good parking. loved the stocked kitchen and fireplace. Staff was EXCELLENT - so friendly and very helpful. the *only reason it's not a 5 star all the way is there was a leak in the bath ceiling that made using the shower kinda yucky. BUT staff was very responsive, but we had checked out before it was repaired. overall we would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this property!

I love the feel of a mini suite with a full kitchen, FREE full breakfast & location however the building/room is very outdated with many areas that need minor cosmetic repairs. No USB ports, TV on a 2 foot stand on the side of the bed (not fun for one of us) and there’s stains on the walls and tub. It’s clean enough that I’d stay again for the price & location but just wish they would fix these small things that would make a huge difference. Love the tranquil landscape that surrounds the complex.

Old and rundown property. Door lock was not working well which made entering the room a bit challenging. Bathroom and shower probably have not been remodeled since the 80s. Sub par breakfast. Charges $14 for overnight parking which is surprising for a hotel in Campbell.

The bathtub floor had stains which looked gross. The toilet paper and paper towels provided were thin and cheap (we had to purchase our own toilet paper). There was an electrical socket on the floor that did not have a proper cover (which is a fire/electrical hazard). There were homeless people working on their car in the parking lot. The available breakfast was not very appetizing. There was limited dining in the area.

We stayed here 27 years ago when we moved to Ohio and wanted to stay when we returned. Staff was great. We were given an ADA room, and when we checked in late due to a late flight there were 2 blowers in the room and no hangers. We had to remind the service next morning to pick up the blowers. Asked to clean our room just once and never was cleaned after 4 days. Staff was great breakfast was good. Had to get towels twice. Rooms need a refresh and TV is old technology.

This hotel was great, room was extremely comfortable so nice to have a full kitchen. Staff was attentive and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is that I got an error message every time I tried to use the WiFi and ended up needing to use my cell phones hot spot.

Great room and location! Quiet, polite guests. However #312's shower very slow to drain. I stayed 4 days; no mention of room service of any kind. Workers who are very fastidious should work the breakfast. The floors, counters were always sticky. Garbage can always full. Condiments were sticky and messy.

Breakfast was terrible! Microwave would have help to warm your food, the syrup and butter was cold which resulted in butter not spreading due to being stored in fridge. Included some “no sugar” drinks and some fruit and bread selections And trash can overflow/ need to be emptied

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was like the pictures. It was clean. A few stains on the floor. Bed was comfortable and having the fridge ice maker was great. Breakfast was decent. Walking distance to a grocery was convenient. Friendly staff.

Overall the place is ok but need a few things. Arrived at 4:00 but room not ready until 5:00 The pool was dirty and full of leaves so my husband had to clean it so our granddaughters could swim They changed our room due to not being ready but new room was only a full bed instead of a King. Food looked good on Saturday but ran out in of eggs and coffee when we got there she brought more but it was cold. Sunday food not cooked enough and no bread only bagels oatmeal cold and not cooked enough Went out to eat both days About 4 am Sunday am ladies talking loud arguing outside of our room called office but no answer. Open door and told them to shut up! Location was convenient and room clean
