Residence Inn Prescott

I was impressed with every aspect of this property. It is managed excellently, the breakfast each morning were exceptional, the amenities were plentiful, the property was quiet and the customer service oriented attitude of the staff was so very welcoming and pleasant. I will return to this property.

Nice place. Good breakfast, but the fact that they charge $5/night for parking in a suburban neighborhood seemed pretty obnoxious.

Hotel was recently renovated. Nicely done and very clean. We booked and paid IN FULL on July 5th for our stay 8/2-8/4. Upon arrival we were told there was a $7 parking fee per day. This fee was not disclosed at time of booking. There is ample parking at this property even in the event the hotel is fully booked!! We have stayed at this hotel in the past, however will NOT be staying in the future. For the price charged for the room PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!!! The room was fully paid before arrival and no mention of any fees to be collected at the property!😡

The hotel was fine. They are undergoing a remodel, so there were boxes stacked in hallways, etc. Room was clean, but traffic noise was pretty loud. The bed was not very comfortable, same with the pillows. Nice complimentary breakfast. $7.00 charge for parking, which seemed odd in a residential area.

Great location nice room. Our room had no AC or heat and the front desk did say it would be fixed several times... but never happened for 3 days. Parking a bit tight after winding up the road to get to the actual hotel. Pool and fitness area nice.

The hotel interior furniture and decor seemed updated. There were two lobby elevators but one was not working and there was sign indicating it was out of order. The hotel room itself was a nice space/layout however the tile floor in the kitchen/living room area were sticky. The bathroom tile floor did not look clean and there was hair on the floor. The bedroom window directly faced the main highway below so there was road noise all night. I wish I would have been notified of that upon check-in so that I could have an option for a quieter room. I tried the hot tub in the pool area at night. It was adequate (small in size - no more than two people could fit comfortably). I decided to get out of the hot tub when a large sewer roach crawled next to me on the decking next to the hot tub.

Loved our stay there as a family of 5. Rooms are very clean, quiet rooms, beds are comfortable, as well the pillows. The front staff was a very nice lady, very patient and smiled at greeting. Did not love that we have to pay a fee for parking on top of an expensive room price.

The room we stayed in was not clean and we were very uncomfortable sleeping there. There was Dog food left on the floor. Requested to have the floors cleaned due to dog hair and dog food. It was still very dusty and dirty. We also found more dog food under the table after requesting to have the room cleaned. They really need to deep clean that room. My husband and I woke up with bites on our legs… We will not be staying here again unfortunately.

I was very impressed with everything. The room was very clean. No stains on the carpet and no mold in the bathroom. The free breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was moldy food in the microwave from a previous stay. There was no soap in the shower and the bed closest to the window had long hair in the sheets indicating they hadn’t been changed from the previous stay as well.

I'd like to share my experience at one of your Prescott locations. I spent a week at the Wyndham and decided to extend my stay by booking an additional night at the Marriott Residence Inn. Upon entering the room with my stepson, we were horrified to find it in a very dirty condition. There was blood on the wall near the outlet, and the bathroom floor was unsanitary, with spilled makeup, clumps of hair, and debris everywhere. To add to our concerns, the mattress lacked a protective sheet, which heightened our worries about health and hygiene given the blood stains. In a hurry to attend a birthday dinner, I went downstairs to voice my concerns. The front desk receptionist offered to move us to a different room and apologized for the unsatisfactory condition. I explained that I couldn’t immediately move my belongings and asked if I could do so upon my return. She assured me this wouldn't be a problem. However, when we returned two hours later, I was told that we could no longer switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked. I was taken aback, especially since she had previously assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. She mentioned she would try to clean the blood off the wall after seeing the photos I had shown her, but this felt like a minimal response to such serious concerns. When I raised the issue of the unprotected bedding, she merely offered me a sheet to put on myself.

Cons: Microwave Express cook 1 button wasn’t working; coffee maker was not level and tilted; dishwasher missing bottom back wheel on bottom rack; missing can opener; garbage disposal didn’t work; No trash liners and no trash service; Bed was on the floor and the bed skirt created a trip hazard; toilet handle unordinary hard to flush; light fixture cover over the kitchen table was missing; traffic side rooms very noisy; and parking in a huge lot was charged at $7 per night when it should be free for registered guests. On the positive sides: great location, near the hiking trails at Lynx; room was spacious and comfortable; kitchen had enough cookware and dishes and utensils; fridge full size; nice sized desk for working at; internet worked good; beautiful decor; felt safe and staff was great. When checking out, I relayed the list of the issues and Lori wrote them down, apologized and offered us a credit toward our bill.

Very spacious

We really enjoyed our room which was a studio. We liked everything except the noise. Our room, which was an odd number, faced the main road, and it was LOUD. We could also hear people talking in neighboring rooms, so our 2 nights there weren't very restful. We'd stay there again, but we'd ask for a room not facing the road.

This property is inconsistent with the other Residence Inns I have stayed at. My room was kind of messy, as in the made up bed looked sloppy and pillows thrown on bed ( not placed ). The furniture was mismatched and kitchen was just ok. I had to go down to the front seat to get a bottle opener for my beer that I bought in the lobby. They didn’t have one either!? Property location was inconvenient and couldn’t walk to anyplace for dinner. Also, my room faced a busy highway that was under construction with work that went on at 3am. This place definitely needs a refresh to keep in line with other Marriott Residence Inns. Disappointing experience for a weary traveler.

Very nice accommodations, the rooms have obviously been upgraded nicely and are roomy. The only slight negative is the bathrooms, they obviously haven’t been updated. They are pretty small, so not sure if anything can be done in the future. Also, if you are on the highway side, you will hear traffic. So, one other upgrade would be new sound deadening windows.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable but overall good place to stay

The room was hot and the AC was restricted from going any colder. The room was also loud because it backs to major road. We ended up giving up going to sleep and drove home at 11:30

Excellent place to stay due mostly to the outstanding staff they have. Friendly and helpful. We were greeted each time we left or entered the building . Daniell always had a smile and was so helpful. Tee was very helpful. Rocky worked very hard to keep the breakfast bar stocked and clean. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Prescott.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Prescott is a nice place to visit.

Stove did not work. bathroom door did not fit the frame, would not close. TV was not working properly. reported to front desk...nothing was fixed. Front desk was unprofessional.

We were traveling from CA for a family celebration of life which started at 2 PM. We got to the hotel at 12:30 on the off chance we could check in early. The reception desk was very accommodating. Very friendly. We were grateful we could freshen up after our 5 hour drive! Thank you Residence Inn.

We stayed here for a couple day to celebrate New Years and had a wonderful time! The hotel was perfect. First off, the property location was excellent. We were right in front of a Trader Joe’s so our first stop was to grab a couple groceries for our stay. Second, since the property was dog friendly we brought our pup so we could enjoy some hiking together with him, and I loved that the property had an area in the back for us to walk him around to go potty. We also loved that were able to Uber downtown for new years and we’re only about 10 mins away, and the following day only had to drive about 20 mins for some beautiful nature hikes. The property was very clean, we used the hot tub one night and it was great, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a huge plus! We absolutely recommend this place as a great stay and look forward to coming back here.

Very nice. Expedia said it was right next to Findley Toyota Center however it was enough miles away it required a Lyft ride versus walking.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms. Breakfast is definitely lacking but worked in a pinch. At least they had gluten free bagels which helped.
