This hotel is older and needs a face lift that being said the people are amazing. Rotanda , Clara and the morning cook on Sunday were all wonderful. The food was great for breakfast. Love the location but the a/c unit is very loud.

Hotel was obviously doing some construction and revamping of some areas. Everyone working there was very polite and thoughtful about keeping things quiet and out of peoples way quite nice and I would recommend it again.

The hotel had been recently renovated, and was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, and staff were very friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay again! My only complaint at all is that the heated pool wasn’t heated enough. The kids were cold while swimming and they shouldn’t have been.

We booked a hotel that was advertised as having a working pool. Once we checked in we were informed the pool has been closed for renovations for days. We specifically searched for a hotel with a pool as we had 3 kids with us. The front desk told us we can drive 3 miles to a sister hotel and use that pool….it was -5 out after i got off the phone with the front desk. How stupid are you all to send people out with swim suits on in that cold weather. I was told a manager would call me in the morning and discount our stay. No one has called and i was charged the full rate. So more lies. Very shady place. Hallway smells like paint Exposed electrical outlets in the hall so that is a huge safety hazard for kids around. One of the bedrooms jn the double suite we had was hot and the other was cold. The beds and pull out couch were as soft as a sheet of plywood. The breakfast was lacking.

Friendly, peaceful and relaxing experience. Not at all noisy. For this level of hotel the breakfast was plentiful - variety of hot items, scrambled eggs, mini waffles, some type of sausage and oatmeal. One morning, biscuits and gravy. Variety of baked goods, apples and oranges, cold cereals, choice of milks and juices. Excellent coffee.The breakfast ladies kept food replenished and assured the food areas were always free of spills and crumbs.

Staff was very friendly. The room had a musty smell and pull out couch had mold where mattress laid on pull out. The furnace/ac was in our room closet and was so loud we didn’t sleep. It would be completely silent and then once that kicked on…It was like a plane was in the room. Breakfast was absolutely inedible. We checked out after one night.

This property has lipstick on the pig. Looks good but there are issues. The hvac unit is in a closet. It was absolutely the loudest we've ever had in any hotel! It was so humid in our room that my papers crinkled with the dampness. The plumbing has issues. When the neighbor took a shower the plumbing absolutely whined! Again, never had that in a hotel. Don't count on eating breakfast. The "cage free" eggs are cage free because they aren't real eggs. Not a one. No bread for toast. Juice is watered down. Shower was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The amount charged was incorrect so we're still working on that. Would never recommend this place.

The clerk checking me in was very professional and kind. Had no issues pulling up my reservation and getting a room. The suite was clean and comfortable, which was nice because I was staying for 3 nights. I would recommend and would stay again when traveling here!

The first room we were in the deadbolt was broken and we didn’t know it. When we tried to leave the next morning the deadbolt was stuck. That is a HUGE safety issue. My husband finally got it open with a knife after a lot of struggling. They did move us to a new room but the heater wasn’t working correctly and it got really hot in there. The only solution they gave us was to turn on the air conditioner. But it was 35-40 degrees.

Our stay started out a bit rocky with our room being gone when we came in for vacation late at night. (10 PM) BUT, the staff was very helpful and helped us get it all taken care of and then some. We learned the problem was no one’s fault, but simply some miscommunication about some scheduled room maintenance that was not communicated with 3rd party booking sites. We ended up with an upgraded room and a discounted rate. The management was determined to make our stay pleasant and made our stay wonderful! We would definitely stay again. We loved having the comforts of home with the kitchen and utensils there for us to use.

This was a last minute reservation. We stayed in a handicapped room b/c that was all that was available in the 2 bedroom apartments. I would definitely do that again, if needed. It was very convenient on the 1st floor, not too far from thand it was all on one level,

Most of the staff were really wonderful - personable and caring while being good at their jobs. Breakfast is great and changes daily with options for everyone! The coffee is even good! The beds and bedding are comfortable and the studio was very well appointed from kitchen to bathroom. Even has beautiful up to date fixtures. The pillows really could be better. And something that sounded like a LOT of trash being loudly picked up (metal clanking and lots of rattling, lasting at least 4 minutes) at 4am, after which I wasn't able to get back to sleep for at least a couple of hours, which I really didn't have. Great place for well behaved dogs - everyone was welcoming and our dog was quite comfortable.

I really liked the location and it was quiet all 4 nights that we stayed even though the parking lot was quite full. Yesi checked us in and she was very helpful and sweet. I will definitely stay here again.

We learned the problem was no one’s fault, but simply some miscommunication about some scheduled room maintenance that was not communicated with 3rd party booking sites. We ended up with an upgraded room and a discounted rate. The management was determined to make our stay pleasant and made our stay wonderful! We would definitely stay again. We loved having the comforts of home with the kitchen and utensils there for us to use.

Our stay started out a bit rocky with our room being gone when we came in for vacation late at night. (10 PM) BUT, the staff was very helpful and helped us get it all taken care of and then some. Even though the heating element of the pool was broken, the staff made it right by giving us access to the sister hotel pool and providing a complimentary stay. Very appreciative of that

We booked a hotel that was advertised as having a working pool. Once we checked in we were informed the pool has been closed for renovations for days. We specifically searched for a hotel with a pool as we had 3 kids with us. The front desk told us we can drive 3 miles to a sister hotel and use that pool….it was -5 out after i got off the phone with the front desk. How stupid are you all to send people out with swim suits on in that cold weather. I was told a manager would call me in the morning and discount our stay. No one has called and i was charged the full rate. So more lies. Very shady place. Hallway smells like paint Exposed electrical outlets in the hall so that is a huge safety hazard for kids around. One of the bedrooms jn the double suite we had was hot and the other was cold. The beds and pull out couch were as soft as a sheet of plywood. The breakfast was lacking.

The property was clean, but the guy who was there at check in had a lot of trouble getting our room, although it was paid in advance, and also told me there would be a hold for incidentals, but could not tell me how much. I asked twice and he said he didn’t know I would have to check with my bank.

The clerk checking me in was very professional and kind. Had no issues pulling up my reservation and getting a room. The suite was clean and comfortable, which was nice because I was staying for 3 nights. I would recommend and would stay again when traveling here!

I really liked the location and it was quiet all 4 nights that we stayed even though the parking lot was quite full. Yesi checked us in and she was very helpful and sweet. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay. Felt the breakfast was not the greatest and staff started removing some food items and utensils a good 20-30 minutes before the time that was posted but then brought out more food to put in warmers. This happened 2 days of the 3 we stayed.

Friendly, peaceful and relaxing experience. Not at all noisy. For this level of hotel the breakfast was plentiful - variety of hot items, scrambled eggs, mini waffles, some type of sausage and oatmeal. One morning, biscuits and gravy. Variety of baked goods, apples and oranges, cold cereals, choice of milks and juices. Excellent coffee.The breakfast ladies kept food replenished and assured the food areas were always free of spills and crumbs.

Staff was very friendly. The room had a musty smell and pull out couch had mold where mattress laid on pull out. The furnace/ac was in our room closet and was so loud we didn’t sleep. It would be completely silent and then once that kicked on…It was like a plane was in the room. Breakfast was absolutely inedible. We checked out after one night.

Claire at the front deak was wonderful! Weather was terrible and we asked for first floor room. She accommodated us and was very pleasant. The breakfast was not very good. Did not have meat or potatoes on it. And the waffle maker needed to be placed somewhere else so people didnot stand so close to tables.

Most of the staff were really wonderful - personable and caring while being good at their jobs. Breakfast is great and changes daily with options for everyone! The coffee is even good! The beds and bedding are comfortable and the studio was very well appointed from kitchen to bathroom. Even has beautiful up to date fixtures. The pillows really could be better. And something that sounded like a LOT of trash being loudly picked up (metal clanking and lots of rattling, lasting at least 4 minutes) at 4am, after which I wasn't able to get back to sleep for at least a couple of hours, which I really didn't have. Great place for well behaved dogs - everyone was welcoming and our dog was quite comfortable.
