Bom. Pegamos o primeiro quarto com a privada entupida, mas nos trocaram rapidamente para outro. No outro tinha um cílio postiço colado na parede perto da janela. Tirando isso, quarto parecia ser bem limpo, ar condicionado bom, cama um pouco mole demais pro meu gosto pessoal, mas confortável. Banheiro bom também, chuveiro funciona bem. Café da manhã agradável, com bastante opções.

Excessive and nonsensical rules, making the guest experience highly unpleasant: • Breakfast & Access Control: An extra card is required for breakfast and must be used even to exit the area. There is a turnstile system in place; if you leave to use the restroom, you cannot re-enter the restaurant without requesting permission from the reception. • Key Card Issues: Every time a guest leaves the room, even without leaving the hotel premises, they must stop by the front desk to "recharge" the key card. • Parking & Security: The facial recognition system at the parking exit is non-functional. We are constantly dependent on the reception staff just to drive out of the hotel. • Housekeeping: To have towels changed before the two-day mark, a formal request must be made to the front desk, yet again. Specific issues with our room: • Plumbing: The toilet flush is malfunctioning. • Climate Control: The air conditioning is not working properly. • Hygiene: There is a foul odor coming from the drains. • Acoustics: The room lacks soundproof windows, despite facing a busy avenue. • Lighting: The blackout curtains are insufficient.
