Staff is very friendly. However… when it comes to the amenities in the room, I do not believe it is worth 4-stars. There is a kettle, but no coffee or tea. I bought my own coffee but the dirty cups never got replaced. I have no problem rinsing it myself in the bathroom sink, but not at a 4-star establishment. These are the small details, in my opinion, that would warrant 4 stars. Also, their main photo when booking is a photo of a building on the beach, which gives the impression the hotel is located in front of the beach. …it is not, it’s a 30 minute walk or taking complementary shuttle on its schedule. Last but not least, most of the accommodation are out-buildings (mentioned when booking), however, it is not mentioned that it is a steep uphill walk. This is torture in the summer heat. For everything you want to do, you need to go up and down this steep hill. I realise this sounds like I just want to complain, but it’s HELL in summer. In their defence, they offer a golf-cart service. But this also means for every moment you want to make, you are dependant on them. Or just walk. Staff was extremely friendly, but this was not the 4-stars I was looking forward to, unfortunately.

Rent, fräscht och fint rum med utsikt över hela havet. Det saknades en del grejer i rummet såsom vinöppnare och andra prylar. Städarna diskade inte det som stod i diskon och det fanns inte diskmedel eller något för oss att använda. Personalen var inte hjälpsamma. Vi behövde hjälp med en del grejer men fick otydliga och korta svar. Utöver detta var boendet fint och bekvämt. Det fanns transfer ner till stranden vilket var väldigt bra.
Rent, fräscht och fint rum med utsikt över hela havet. Det saknades en del grejer i rummet såsom vinöppnare och andra prylar. Städarna diskade inte det som stod i diskon och det fanns inte diskmedel eller något för oss att använda. Personalen var inte hjälpsamma. Vi behövde hjälp med en del grejer men fick otydliga och korta svar. Utöver detta var boendet fint och bekvämt. Det fanns transfer ner till stranden vilket var väldigt bra.

Das Zimmer und die Anlage waren sauber. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, doch leider wusste das Hotel nichts davon und wollte uns ein " normales" Zimmer geben. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit und eine "Cola" aufs Haus, war doch ein Zimmer frei. Leider fanden wir die Cola beim Check out auf der Rechnung und mussten 20 min der Dame erklären, dass es eigentlich eine Einladung war. Frühstück war ok, allerdings bringen Hotelgäste ihr Brot mit, da es nur bis 8 Uhr "Vollkorn-Toast" gibt. Was auch das einzige Brot ist. ( 4 Sterne und Gäste müssen Brot selber mitbringen? Und der Stand ist keine 3 Gehminuten entfernt, sondern mit einem Shuttle ( 10min) zu erreichen. Check out war nicht wie gebucht um 12 sondern um 10 Uhr.
