Only probrem we had was we stayed there because it was close to grandchildren and they have indoor pool which when we took them swimming was told they weren't allowed to swim because they were visiters.

Stayed here twice on my recent roundtrip to Ohio. Excellent accommodations. Newer property, about 3 years old. Well designed throughout with modern and fresh furnishings. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are immaculate. Great staff, very quiet location, and very safe area. Just a minute off the freeway with lots of food locations close by. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed and I recommend highly.

Very nice property. Very clean, quiet, and convenient to interstate and restaurants. The only issue that I had was the drain plug in the sink and bathtub did not work. Hotel manager was very pleasant and check in quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Was trying to be polite and make management aware that there was a stain on the corner of the pillow case and the corner of the bed that looked like an old bed stain. The manager said that he and his wife cleaned that room and that it wasn’t there before and I said well yes it was. Manager very unprofessional and even proceeded to follow me out to my car to keep saying that it wasn’t there before we stayed in the room, i kept my cool and said well it was, you must have missed it, I wasn’t wanting anything from him, was just trying to make him aware that it was there. Won’t ever stay there again, my fault, should have stayed at the holiday inn express next door.

Hotel was extremely clean. The lobby, the hallway, the room...all were spotless. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean and there was a nice selection of hot and cold items. The only issue we had was nothing the Hotel has any control over...Google Maps could not find the hotel. We drove around the exit and were able to see it after a few minutes

We had a room with an open shower that no lip or shower curtain. I tried it out and it was very different, and the water goes on the floor in about 1/2 the floor of the bathroom. Also, my desk chair would not stay up and kept dropping down so I could not work on the desk. I got another chair that was still low but was able to work. I won't get another room with the large accessible shower but would be great for those that need a way to take a shower but cannot step over a tube.

Place seems almost brand new. Staff (Dimple at check in and Scott at checkout/breakfast) were super nice and helpful. Lobby spacious and clean. Rooms are huge. Bed comfy. Very well constructed building, will try to stay every year. Breakfast decent—eggs delish, sausage good, nice juice machine, nice bread selection for toasting and two working waffle machines!!

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no record of my reservation. The staff (desk clerk and, I assume, her superior) offered no assistance to me in resolving this mistake. I was told effectively that this was not Comfort Inn's mistake, and I was on my own for any resolution. I contacted Expedia, but it took about 20 minutes due to the difficulty of navigating Expedia's phone tree. I eventually spoke to a customer rep, received a refund of this reservation, and went to another hotel. I will never book with a Comfort Inn in the future. This hotel reflected poorly on Comfort's reputation.

I got an additional charge of $75 after I already paid for my stay. I called the hotel manager, who was no help and was adamant that I owed more. Terrible customer service. Minimal breakfast. I do not recommend.

The staff was exceptional! We requested extra pillows, no problem. Breakfast was to start at 6am, but we were leaving earlier and Steve made breakfast earlier for us so we would not miss it! Check in and check out was seamless and fast! I just was super impressed by the staff and how friendly they were and made us feel at home! Recommended 10 out of 10!

The manager was horrible to us. He refused to let us check in because my maiden name was on the reservation that was already paid for and my married name was on my CC that needed to be put on file for incidentals. I was told that I needed to either go elsewhere or purchase another room.

The front desk attendant (Steve) was incredible. We arrived at 12am and he welcomed us with a very friendly attitude. Saw him again upon check out and he was the same way. Nicest hotel employee we’ve met!

When checking in owner/manager demands credit card even though room is prepaid through Expedia. He claims it is just for "incidentals" and then proceeds to immediately charge your card just to try to extort you for a few extra dollars. Not sure how he is getting away with this but I disputed transaction through credit card and they reimbursed me but I would never stay here again with an owner who thinks he can charge you whatever random fees he can come up with and not let you know and just charge your credit card like no big deal. What a scam!

We were happy to find and stay at this hotel. We were traveling through Nashville where all the properties are so expensive. This hotel was right off I65, quiet, safe, friendly, super clean and reasonably priced while being just north of Nashville. It had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. We will stop here again when traveling through the area.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to restaurants, and set back far enough from the highway to eliminate traffic noise. Hotel was spotless, breakfast area monitored and refreshed, front desk courteous and helpful. Although I hadn't requested one I was given an accessible room when the front desk person noticed I have mobility issues. Bed was super comfortable.

Hotel was clean and people were friendly. Like most hotels built now, the walls are thin and I could hear the person next door snoring. The breakfast was basic and did not have a big selection but it was fine for a one day stay.

Breakfast could have been a little better with more variety. Three day stay and eggs with sausage each day. Biscuit and gravy and hash browns one day would have been nice but did not happen.

Very well kept property, clean inside and out ! Convient to several eating establishments. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was great ! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel was extremely clean. The lobby, the hallway, the room...all were spotless. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean and there was a nice selection of hot and cold items. The only issue we had was nothing the Hotel has any control over...Google Maps could not find the hotel. We drove around the exit and were able to see it after a few minutes

My husband and stepson raved about how clean and nice everything was. My husband has a bad back and slept well. He said the bed was great. They also said they really enjoyed the hot breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was scary. The sausage in the serving tray had something slimy on it and it did not look appropriate to eat.

Place seems almost brand new. Staff (Dimple at check in and Scott at checkout/breakfast) were super nice and helpful. Lobby spacious and clean. Rooms are huge. Bed comfy. Very well constructed building, will try to stay every year. Breakfast decent—eggs delish, sausage good, nice juice machine, nice bread selection for toasting and two working waffle machines!!

Can't ignore the facts that the hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, but on the breakfast scene, go next door to Cracker Barrel. On a Saturday night there were only three or four cars in the parking lot which should have been a sign there were issues with this location! Checking into our room for four, there were only three bath towels, three face cloths, and three hand towels, and only one partial roll of toilet tissue. At breakfast, the waffle batter was very watered down which resulted in less than firm waffles. The "butter" was presented in a large plastic container for all to share, the scrambled eggs from a bag were less then appealing, and only instant oatmeal was offered. Four of us traveling together in one room had reserved two queen beds. When we checked out we learned we were charged an additional $174 for a room for two occupants, that we did not book. In the process of making our reservation initially our Choice Rewards were rejected. We only received a confirmation for the one two queen-bed reservation. The general manager at the desk provided a receipt for both rooms but said there was nothing he could do about the extra $174 charge as it was due to a no-show policy. I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this matter and probably contesting the $174 charge to my credit card. There are plenty of other hotels at this location, I would suggest selecting one of those!

Great place to stay, convenient to everything. Very clean and hotel staff was accommodating. The only negative is we could hear everything outside the hotel, dogs barking and of course fireworks (it was 4th of July weekend). Overall great experience.
