Second time at the cottage and as always very lovely and clean Vanessa keeps you updated when cottage is ready and how to get the parking pass. Definitely recommend

An excellent property excellently located. Close to the beach, pier and town. We went for a bank holiday break with two children and will definitely visit again. The property had everything that was advertised and didn’t need anymore than what was there. Overall, a excellent seasides property.

No wifi is poor. Kitchen not equipped well. Noisey but scenic location. Comfy beds and clean.

Great location and nice property. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall would recommend as a place to stay.Just a minor point of feedback to the owner - there are a few nails on some of the gripper rods on the stair carpet that need attention as they are coming through the carpet and 4 of us cut our feet over the weekend. I am sure this can soon be fixed now you know about this issue.thank you
