Unless you speak Spanish prepare for an issue. Although requested clean towels daily in 8 days we got once. Same with housekeeping, there is no place to dispose of trash. Room was fine and beautiful building. Very safe and amazing location. No ice or water available on premises-2 block.

Staff was pleasant but housekeeping while promised daily is only with a fee of 35,000 pesos per clean.

I paid for a room with a city view but did not get it. When I brought it, asked for a room with a view or a credit back. They said they would try and get me a room. They weren't able to and they never got back to me with a credit. Not cool.
