The hotel was generally fine, but we had a very disappointing experience with the bedding and the customer service. The weather was very hot, so we turned on the air conditioning. However, the room only had one very small sheet on the double bed. It was so short that it barely covered us from our feet to around our waist, making it impossible for two adults to sleep comfortably. We sent a WhatsApp message asking for an extra sheet, but our message was simply read and ignored. We never received a reply or any additional bedding. As a result, we had to choose between sleeping with the air conditioning on and being cold, or turning it off and being too hot. This is something that could have been solved very easily with an extra sheet. I don't understand why a double bed is equipped with such a small sheet, and even less why a simple request for another one was ignored. It negatively affected our night's sleep and left us with a poor impression of the service.
