Litsa was an outstanding host! She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She helped us to get to know the area and showed us a map and highlighted some places to see. The breakfast each day was wonderful with many homemade items. We looked forward to coming back each night and Litsa was excited to hear about our adventures that day. The room was great and everything we needed. Can’t beat the view from the porch and the beach is just a short walk away. The main Naousa town area is about a 5 minute walk and is a very nice walk to get to the shops and restaurants. If you do rent a car - highly recommended by the way, there is a parking lot dedicated to the hotel that you can use for free. Litsa also arranged our car rental so that it was delivered to us right at the port when we got off the ferry. If you are like me, I did a bunch of research trying to find the perfect place for my first time to Greece. After staying here, I would suggest you save some time, stop researching, and book this place before it sells out for your dates. You will not regret it.

It was amazing holiday for us. The hotel location is 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the center or restaurants by walking. The rooms are very clean.The most important thing that personnel and Litza(owner of the hotel) are very kind, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was really delicious. Take your breakfast whenever you wake up.Thank you so muchf for everything. Ps. No need to take your towels. Because they are giving beach towels and umbrella..

Phenomenal place to stay accompanied by the sweetest host and family that owns the location. There is a good size complimentary breakfast buffet that is served daily along with coffee. I highly recommend this place and it is well worth your money. It felt as if we were staying with family. 10 out of 10 service, cleanliness, and views. The town center is very close walking distance and there is a bar on site. They help schedule activities and if you want to rent a car they will have it delivered to the hotel for you.

The host was the BEST host I’ve ever encountered. She treated us like family and made our vacation tremendously better. Location is stunning, amenities great, water pressure awesome, view once in a lifetime. This all pales in comparison to a host that values your enjoyment and safety.

Highly recommend ! Clean, comfortable suite with a wonderful outdoor seating area . A small kitchenette was perfect for making snacks and coffee. Litsa and her family were the most gracious hosts I’ve ever encountered . She arranged rides, gave advice on sites, beaches, bus schedules, lent us beach chairs etc.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Alexandros in early May 2023. We enjoyed the spacious patio with a great view of Naoussa and the Bay. Nice being a short walk from Naoussa while being outside the busy center and having easy parking. Litsa, the hostess, and her staff are very service oriented. Much appreciate her last minute arrangement of a car rental for 24 hours so we could drive around the island. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Look forward to next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alexandros! Upon arrival, we were told we got a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the area was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel owner was super helpful in recommending dinner spots and helping us hire a car. It's a 10 min walk to Naoussa, but if you're driving this works in your favour as there is less traffic when leaving the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel owner was super helpful in recommending dinner spots and helping us hire a car. Litsa and her staff go above and beyond for you!!! Place was spotless and in the perfect location. So close to everything and Litsa helped us rent a car to explore the island. Maria was the sweetest girl who gave us great dinner and beach recommendations.

Nausa is a beautiful and charming village right at the sea with great restaurants and nice shops etc. Very authentic. The stay at Alexandros Studios was a very good experience. Clean, charming rooms and very comfortable beds. Included a nice little terrace with view at the ocean. The host and owner (Litsa) is super nice and will help you out with every question you might have. Breakfast is wonderful with good coffee and all sorts of homemade things, really a luxury enjoying all this on the terrace with a view on the blue ocean. Below is a nice beach and you can walk to the village within 10 min. Still a car is recommended in order to explore the island. We can just say we had a really great time.

Very enjoyable stay at Alexandros. Thank you to the wonderfull and kind Lidza, her son Theo and her staff. Confortable and very clean room, outstanding homemade breakfast. We appreciated the good recomandations of Theo and Lidza for places to visit and restaurants and also for arranging car rental and transportation to and from the Port. We felt very welcomed. Also, Alexandros is walking distance to many restaurants and boutiques in Naoussa. Definitaly a good place to stay.

Alexandros was excellent. Litsa is so welcoming and made our family feel like we were home. She also was great at reserving activities and dinners for us in Paros. The room was large and clean and the AC was nice and cool after the outdoor activities. Alexandros is about 700m from downtown and easily walkable. Great place. We would stay there again.

Absolutely immaculate hotel and room! The breakfasts were amazing each day! We had such a great time with Litsa and her family. Wonderful and warm hosts that went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Litsa has unrivalled energy and spirit and truly makes you feel like you’re part of her family while you’re visiting. On our arrival late evening we received a warm welcome from the owner Litsa and her son Theo who were waiting for us on the doorstep and offered us refreshments which were greatly appreciated. So our first impression was that we had chosen the right hotel for our holiday on Paros. The hotel is very calm whilst being ideally situated a few minutes walk to Piperi beach and the animated, charming fishing village of Naoussa, boasting numerous restaurants and boutiques. The hotel has a superb view of the sea and Naoussa from it's terrace where a sumptuous full breakfast of home baked Greek cakes and savories , fresh fruit etc. is served. Our courtyard room with a terrace was clean and comfortable, the bathroom functional and spacious. Litsa and her son were extremely friendly, always available to give recommendations for restaurants , beaches or places to visit and help out with any reservations. Also a special mention to her staff who were all very pleasant. If you want to bring back special memories of your holiday on Paros then this is the place to stay, a huge thank you to Litsa, her family and staff.

We had a fabulous stay at Alexandros Suites and Apartments. Litsa the owner and her son were so warm and welcoming, we felt that we were staying with family. The rooms were very spacious and the view from the ocean view suite was gorgeous! The property was very close to and within easy walking distance from centre of the town of Naoussa. I would definitely come back to to the Alexandros suites and apartments again and highly recommend this wonderful place !

Our host, Litsa, was phenomenal! Communication of expected arrival started prior. As soon a we arrived (early, around 9:30am), she offered us breakfast and coffee and made us feel right at home. The apartment was wonderful with a spectacular view! We walked to all the restaurants, shopping and a wonderful beach. Was so relaxing and we just wished we stayed longer. Litsa is like the hotel mom - if you need anything, she’ll not only deliver, but with a loving smile. If I’m ever fortunate to revisit Paros, I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Alexandros Apts. Litsa made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The view during breakfast was spectacular and Francesca greeted us with a warm smile each day and described each delicious item available on the buffet. The walk into town seems rather scary at first as there is no designated sidewalk but you begin to realize that drivers are quite used to avoiding the pedestrians. We felt quite safe walking home late at night, as well. Our studio was a fair size (based on European standards) with a lovely open balcony that offered a partial view of the sea. Litsa was kind enough to arrange a hassle free car rental for us that enabled us to explore the island. All in all, we would definitely recommend Alexandros Studios and Apts and hope to return one day soon.

Family owned and operated, and we felt like family. Amazing breakfast. Home-made, traditional, many items, and Yummy! Our room was open, airy, and had a great view. Small town has plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants.

We had great time at Alexandros studios. Our host Litsa was awesome and took care of everything we needed. Breakfast was sooo good made fresh everyday! Excellent location, view from our room was priceless, it was very close to restaurants and shopping area in Nouassa!
We had great time at Alexandros studios. Our host Litsa was awesome and took care of everything we needed. Breakfast was sooo good made fresh everyday! Excellent location, view from our room was priceless, it was very close to restaurants and shopping area in Nouassa!

We had an awesome time in Paros in large part because of how great Litsa and her family at Alexandros Apartments were. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Litsa and her sons helped us organize rental cars, taxis, a boat cruise tour, and restaurant reservations throughout our stay, and gave us the best recommendations for activities. The room was great, and breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a highlight. Truly the BEST experience.

Two in our party of three are gluten free and each morning wonderful gluten free options were added to the already spectacular breakfast options. Truly an unbelievable spread each day. The view of the sea is spectacular - from sunrise to sunset. The family who own and manage this property are gifted in hospitality. In addition to the fabulous breakfasts, Nitsa, the owner, arranged our transportation and her son arranged a wonderful boat trip for us. One of the hotel employees took us on a tour of the island on his day off. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and hospitable stay.

Litsa was the most welcoming, friendly, and accommodating host! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from kindly allowing us to check in early, store our bags before our ferry home, and organized scooter/car rentals for us. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Paros!

A wonderful family run place! Sad to leave. Litsa and Fotas were so helpful. They found a day tour for us that was so much fun and help with booking our leave ferry by making print-outs of our boarding passes as we did not have the proper app. Breakfast was amazing. Litsa prepares fresh meat and cheese pies daily in addition to so many other dishes. It was truly a friendly experience. The world is big, but I would very much enjoy repeating this stay.

Litsa was great, the stay felt like something you would experience at a family members home. The entire staff was super welcoming the moment you arrived to the minute you leave. Litsa even saved us some money by recommending restaurants and tips only locals would know. If you need a restaurant reservation, ATV, excursion they will be able to do it! Litsa personally makes the breakfast every morning and it was amazing! Highly recommend ! Clean, comfortable suite with a wonderful outdoor seating area . A small kitchenette was perfect for making snacks and coffee. Litsa and her family were the most gracious hosts I’ve ever encountered . She arranged rides, gave advice on sites, beaches, bus schedules, lent us beach chairs etc.

Litsa and the entire staff were hospitable, responsive, provided a fantastic breakfast spread each day, and connected us with appropriate contacts for transportation, as well as recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit, among much more. The staff is always available to help. They made us feel at home and since it was our first time in Paros they showed us a map of the island with recommendations. It is easy walking distance to downtown Naousa but the street is very quiet. We will stay again!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. Lhitsa and her family are so welcoming, gracious, and sincere, you can’t ask for better hosts. The food was amazing, the views stunning, and the property comfortable and in a prime location - just far enough from the crowds with a beach within a few minutes and the town just a few more. We already cannot wait to book our next visit.

We had a fabulous stay at Alexandros Suites and Apartments. Litsa the owner and her son were so warm and welcoming, we felt that we were staying with family. The rooms were very spacious and the view from the ocean view suite was gorgeous! The property was very close to and within easy walking distance from centre of the town of Naoussa. I would definitely come back to to the Alexandros suites and apartments again and highly recommend this wonderful place !

Our three night stay at Alexandros was perfect in every way. The location is within easy walking distance to a nice beach and the picture perfect fishing village of Nauosa. Litsa, the owner, was especially helpful with arrangements for dinner and site seeing adventures around the island. Assorted breakfast pastries, cheeses, fruits, spreads and egg dishes were fresh, and included traditional Greek delicacies, - spinach pie was delicious!

It was amazing holiday for us. The hotel location is 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the center or restaurants by walking. The rooms are very clean.The most important thing that personnel and Litza(owner of the hotel) are very kind, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was really delicious. Take your breakfast whenever you wake up.Thank you so muchf for everything. Ps. No need to take your towels. Because they are giving beach towels and umbrella..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alexandros! Upon arrival, we were told we got a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the area was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel owner was super helpful in recommending dinner spots and helping us hire a car. It's a 10 min walk to Naoussa, but if you're driving this works in your favour as there is less traffic when leaving the hotel.

On our arrival late evening we received a warm welcome from the owner Litsa and her son Theo who were waiting for us on the doorstep and offered us refreshments which were greatly appreciated. So our first impression was that we had chosen the right hotel for our holiday on Paros. The hotel is very calm whilst being ideally situated a few minutes walk to Piperi beach and the animated, charming fishing village of Naoussa, boasting numerous restaurants and boutiques. The hotel has a superb view of the sea and Naoussa from it's terrace where a sumptuous full breakfast of home baked Greek cakes and savories , fresh fruit etc. is served. Our courtyard room with a terrace was clean and comfortable, the bathroom functional and spacious. Litsa and her son were extremely friendly, always available to give recommendations for restaurants , beaches or places to visit and help out with any reservations. Also a special mention to her staff who were all very pleasant. If you want to bring back special memories of your holiday on Paros then this is the place to stay, a huge thank you to Litsa, her family and staff.

Litsa was an outstanding host! She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She helped us to get to know the area and showed us a map and highlighted some places to see. The breakfast each day was wonderful with many homemade items. We looked forward to coming back each night and Litsa was excited to hear about our adventures that day. The room was great and everything we needed. Can’t beat the view from the porch and the beach is just a short walk away. The main Naousa town area is about a 5 minute walk and is a very nice walk to get to the shops and restaurants. If you do rent a car - highly recommended by the way, there is a parking lot dedicated to the hotel that you can use for free. Litsa also arranged our car rental so that it was delivered to us right at the port when we got off the ferry. If you are like me, I did a bunch of research trying to find the perfect place for my first time to Greece. After staying here, I would suggest you save some time, stop researching, and book this place before it sells out for your dates. You will not regret it.

Phenomenal place to stay accompanied by the sweetest host and family that owns the location. There is a good size complimentary breakfast buffet that is served daily along with coffee. I highly recommend this place and it is well worth your money. It felt as if we were staying with family. 10 out of 10 service, cleanliness, and views. The town center is very close walking distance and there is a bar on site. They help schedule activities and if you want to rent a car they will have it delivered to the hotel for you.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alexandros Apartments. The location is perfect - just a short stroll to the beach and town, the apartments are lovely and so spacious, our verandah was simply enormous with table, chairs and sunbeds. But most importantly of all is the amazing Greek hospitality. Litsa is a wonderful host who makes you feel instantly at home and nothing is too much trouble. And the breakfast is all home made, traditional Greek with something for everyone - and available whenever you wake up. Honestly, it’s a wonderful place. I can’t recommend it enough and am already planning to return next year. Thank you to Litsa and family for making our stay so special.

I would return and send all my friends to this hotel. The hotel is a family business and they welcome you with open arms, photos and a willingness to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Daily breakfast was a great way to start the day and they coordinated our rental of two quad bikes very quickly. The room was perfect for our family of 4 and my kids never wanted to leave. The walk to town was quick and easy but the hotel was away from all the noise and traffic. Won’t think twice about booking again.

Daily breakfast was a great way to start the day and they coordinated our rental of two quad bikes very quickly. The room was perfect for our family of 4 and my kids never wanted to leave. The walk to town was quick and easy but the hotel was away from all the noise and traffic. Won’t think twice about booking again.

Such an amazing experience staying here. Everything from the location, the incredible room, to the family that owns this place. I felt like a friend and not someone who just rented a room. Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. I will be coming back again and again.

The BEST hospitality we’ve ever experienced! (And I come from a background of hospitality). The owner, Litsa and her sons were amazing! Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful views, clean rooms, nice balcony, great breakfast/restaurant. They helped set up anything we needed on the island with pleasure. To put things into perspective of how wonderful these ppl are: we accidentally left our laundry in the reception area after bringing it back from the laundry mat right before leaving and they rushed to bring it to us all the way at the port. We appreciated that endlessly but also the warm hearts and the beauty of the island stay. Exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!
