Lake view which was nice , very hot rooms and fans not sufficient at the time. Room could do with a refresh. All staff very friendly .

Our Stay was excellent, Room very clean, Breakfast & evening Meal was great, great location. The only issue we had was on the evening of our last day. My Wife Left me at the Hotel to go a say goodbye to her friends for a couple hours and when she arrived back around 10:30pm the door was locked She rang the door bell to be let in, when one of the staff came running down the corridor shouting what do you want. She said via the intercom. Please let me in as I am staying here. He said in a rude manner where is your door card and my wife said my Husband has got it as he needs the card in the hotel room for the lights to work. He then said why have not got two cards and she again said you need to ask your colleagues why. In the mean time she rang me to come down to collect her as she was very upset. You just don’t expect to be treated like this. We reported this to the reception the following morning.

Ich hab gebucht übertreib Erwachsene und wenn wir ankommen der Personal sagte ja, wir müssen für den dritten Bett noch mal 50 oder 60 Fr. noch mal bezahlen für den dritte Bett und das finde ich nicht gut. Ich hab nie sowas vor

DO NOT STAY HERE! Boiler rooms, pilling sheets, no top sheet. Curtains must stay open all night if you want the window to be open. NO AIR FLOW or A/C. Fridge not working. Would not switch my room without charging me a cleaning fee. Staff was very amenable, except one member: Ladina Calonder. She was rude and dismissive, hiding behind her computer until I left. No resolution was had. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I would not recommend Ms Calonder to be in hospitality anymore.
