No one said anything about there not being an elevator. No hot tub poor breakfast, very thing walls could hear everything from the room next door. Rooms were super small. The pictures definitely made the place seem better than what it really was. I will never be back!

Comfortable beds and decently quiet, but the phone didn't work, the pool was still out of service, and there was no hot tub despite the link promoting the hotel stating that it was one of the amenities. Even though room 105 was a non-smoking room, upon walking in there was an immediate scent of cigarette/aerosol cleaner. Also, the air conditioner / heater unit emitted a bad smell and fridge was really loud. Friendly staff!

Room was at the end near the back entrance and the outside door never locked so felt not safe . Bathroom door didn’t fully shut. Breakfast is very minimal , mostly items you can put in the toaster. When we came to check-in nobody was at the desk and waited 20 minutes for someone to show up to check us in.

Our room was clean, the continental breakfast was good, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t see an elevator in the hotel, the whole place needs an update, the water temperature didn’t hold to one temperature, it fluctuated from quite cold to hot while set on one spot.

Super outdated hotel. Wall dial heat. Old wood. No secure doors, including side door. Only one light switch worked. The lamp didn’t work. The plug for the tub didn’t keep the water in. Super old hotel. Basically just a place to sleep. Breakfast was super limited. They put out frozen eggos that thawed.

I wasn’t aware that there was no longer a hot tube. No secured entrance anyone could come into hotel from back door! Laundry Room left wide open for our viewing pleasure in the hall way! Entrance dirty fresh coat of paint might help! Not told what time check out was nor time of breakfast! Very disappointing stay!

The staff was friendly. The pool area was like a sauna. The bar/restaurant food was good. The hotel room was nice and clean. I only saw 2 things wrong: I continued to see dry dog poop on the main stairway, and the guest laundry had not been cleaned after a road construction crew was there.

The room and the building was awful. Weird smells coming out of the rooms around us and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The staff at the desk and the restaurant (which were the same) were amazing, helpful and super friendly.

We checked in and got to the room. We opened the door and the odor was horrible (like cat pee). We walked in the room and there were stains on the comforters, half the lights didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the toilet was wobbly. We didn’t even sit down, we grabbed our bags and left 5 minutes after we arrived. Now we are out $100 for that hotel room and had an unexpected added expense to book a room at a different hotel

The room and overall hotel condition were average. We felt that it was clean and comfortable and a good fit for a quick night stay on our way through. We appreciated the breakfast which included eggs and sausage as well as the other Continental items typical of a breakfast. We wished that our door to the pool would open, but those are permanently locked shut. The pool was clean. No exercise room. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Our door was old and scraped the frame when opened and closed; I am a home inspector.

Convenient location, clean, basic room. It's an older hotel but in a good location and reasonably priced. We heard a muted thumping noise all night long. Called the front desk, no response. We thought it was in yhe room below us but it continued all night. We slept fine, but it was irritating when we were awake.

We were too close to the convention area so was a little nosier early in the evening. It did quiet down so that we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Staff were all very friendly! The restaurant located in the hotel had awesome food. Everyone in our group was satisfied with what they ordered which NEVER happens! Only complaints I have is that our room was cold our whole stay and we didn’t realize there was a switch on the base board near the floor to switch between AC and heat. Very odd and would have been nice to know. Also we had a room that the window was facing the pool area and even though the pool was said to close at 11pm we were kept up by young children being loud in the pool well after 12 when we had to be up at 4:30am. It’s part or hotel stays but with the pool literally next to the front desk I was surprised they didn’t take care of the noise and allowed it to go so late. Our stay otherwise was very nice and the room was clean. The hotel as a whole was clean and everyone was very nice.

The continental breakfast was horrible. I went back 3 times to the area and they were out of food all times. The coffee was unavailable, machine was broken and they supplied some but was always empty. We were looking forward to being able to eat then leave- we ended up going to McDonalds to get breakfast. The plus side, the rooms smelled great and the beds were comfy- not sure we would choose this hotel again. The staff was limited and had to wait a long time before someone showed up to check in.

After driving 8 hours, he wouldn't let us check in at 1:30 for a 3 o'clock wedding. Went to cobblestone hotel next door. Got a room, shower and ready for the 3 o'clock wedding.

Only complaints I have is that our room was cold our whole stay and we didn’t realize there was a switch on the base board near the floor to switch between AC and heat. The hotel is one of very few in the vicinity and my nieces and I were in the area to attend a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had adjoining rooms, which made it more pleasant. The hotel is one of very few in the vicinity and my nieces and I were in the area to attend a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had adjoining rooms, which made it more pleasant. We stayed here to attend a concert in Grand Forks. The cost was good and there’s a Walmart right next door! Breakfast was just ok. The sports bar was closed so that was disappointing! They did not have a reservation for us which was confirmed through Expedia so I’m not sure if I will book through Expedia again. Luckily they had an extra room available.

Convenient location, clean, basic room. It's an older hotel but in a good location and reasonably priced. We heard a muted thumping noise all night long. Called the front desk, no response. We thought it was in yhe room below us but it continued all night. We slept fine, but it was irritating when we were awake.

The continental breakfast was horrible. I went back 3 times to the area and they were out of food all times. The coffee was unavailable, machine was broken and they supplied some but was always empty. We were looking forward to being able to eat then leave- we ended up going to McDonalds to get breakfast. The plus side, the rooms smelled great and the beds were comfy- not sure we would choose this hotel again. The staff was limited and had to wait a long time before someone showed up to check in.

Super outdated hotel. Wall dial heat. Old wood. No secure doors, including side door. Only one light switch worked. The lamp didn’t work. The plug for the tub didn’t keep the water in. Super old hotel. Basically just a place to sleep. Breakfast was super limited. They put out frozen eggos that thawed.

The room and overall hotel condition were average. We felt that it was clean and comfortable and a good fit for a quick night stay on our way through. We appreciated the breakfast which included eggs and sausage as well as the other Continental items typical of a breakfast. We wished that our door to the pool would open, but those are permanently locked shut. The pool was clean. No exercise room. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Our door was old and scraped the frame when opened and closed; I am a home inspector.

About an half hour from Grand Forks, we booked this stay because Grand Forks was booked up or crazy expensive. All staff were friendly and accommodating even with such a late check-in (after midnight). The T-Rex pizza was very tasty and the breakfast did have warm eggs and sausages along with cold options. The room had one very annoying and frustrating issue which was the tv. The sound would either be so quiet you could hardly hear it or BLARE loudly enough for everyone in the hotel to hear it. Overall, the price is affordable and the stay is a good value for the cost.

Staff was nice at check in. We were there for 6 days. They only picked up the mountain of dirty towels and changed the garbage once. That was after four days of asking for towels and asking for the room to be made up. Used sign on door knob to make up room. Made evening staff aware of needing the room made up every night, on the third night they said they would make note of it, on the fourth night, the evening staff said not to use the sign. The next day they finally picked up the mountain of towels and emptied the garbage. The breakfast was packaged food and it was up a step, so not really easily accessible to those with mobility issues. The outside doors were not locked, and in fact the side door had a hole where a lock should go.

It’s an older looking facility. We didn’t stay one night, after checking into the room we left shortly after. The bed comforters on both queen beds were stained from bodily fluids ranging from dried blood and urine stains. Quality control was not up to par. We still were charged the weekend after being informed the refund would be credited. Did receive a document of stated refund and currently waiting for bank dispute charge to be resolved. My recommendation is staying at the AmericInn in Crookston which is part of Wyndham family.
