Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute, environnement calme et paisible au bord de la Mayenne. Chambre agréable, bien insonorisée et très propre, bonne literie. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié, beaucoup de produits sucré et peu de salé, la baguette est de cuisson industrielle ce qui détonne par rapport au standing de l'hôtel, les salle de repas et petit déjeuner sont très agréables avec une belle vue.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was a bit basic but reasonable value for money. Room had no air conditioning. Window could not be opened securely. Shower was a bit dated. Bed had a low metal headboard so it was very uncomfortable to sit on the bed and read or watch television. There was no chair to sit on. The room was serviced well however and the staff were very nice. THe food was a good standard.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is small, more like a restaurant with rooms and is very traditional in feel. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk into the town of Mayenne along the river. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was very good. Staff are polite and helpful. There is a small bar near to the reception area, although beer is expensive. It is a great place to sit outside with a drink, watching the wildlife on the river. The weather was hot when we stayed and being an older style property, there is no air conditioning or a fan. As it is such a quiet area, we were able to open the windows overnight. If visiting this area again, I would certainly stay here, although not in July or August, when it is likelier to be hotter than it was when we stayed
