Agencement, prestations, propreté. Très beau jardin, piscine très agréable. Parking, WiFi. Grandes chambre Beaux volumes des pièces. Emplacement idéal. Allée assez etroite pour la voiture. Portail à l'ouverture difficile. Une table serait appréciable sur la terrasse.

Overall, the house was great. Plenty of space for four people or even a few more. Home was clean, pool was well-maintained. The house itself is in a VERY quiet neighborhood a few kilometers from central Alcudia...but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. It would definitely be best to rent a car if staying here.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa "Alcanada". Das Haus war wie beschrieben und der Blick auf das Meer wunderschön und auch den Pool haben wir genossen! Alles war sauber. Eins der drei Bäder ist sehr klein - insbesondere die Dusche. Vor Ort hatten wir keinen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter, aber per Mail hat alles super funktioniert. An ein paar Stellen im Haus nagt etwas der Zahn der Zeit und hier und da bedürfte es einiger Reparaturen, aber wir können das Haus trotzdem sehr empfehlen.
