Perfect stay, the two gentleman owner are so nice and helpful.

I arrived at the hotel at 5pm to be told someone was sick so they couldn’t provide me the room I’d booked! So the guy took me to another hotel Imperial Palace Hotel for that evening. I am not sure what is going on with this hotel but I can see they did the same thing to another guest! The photos in Hotel.com website are different to the hotel itself. I asked about the plants and the tree in the court yard, the receptionist said they got rid of them all!! I think something fishy is going on!!

22時頃の到着でしたが、スムーズにチェックイン出来ました。スタッフも親切で良かった。 朝食はテーブルに運ばれてくるスタイルでしたが、メニュー豊富でした。 観光スポットにも近くて、便利でした。
