Royal Hotel Kettering

Rooms are good but downstairs need renovation, new carpets and painting. Please clean up, in room 4 when you open window where tea and coffee supplies are, you see cigarette stubs all over

Absolutely appalling hotel. In need of urgent renovation as there were stains everywhere. Heating issues throughout the hotel, dirty, bathrooms without tiling, barely any water pressure so unable to shower. The HSE need to visit urgently and determine if this hotel is even safe.

Was expecting more for the money. Damaged heater. Accidentally pulled the bottom sheet when getting into bed to find stains ewwww..... At 06:30 found out no hot water for shower..... Spoke to reception that evening ( very helpful) he gave me a key to the opposite room to use shower Hanging plugs... Decor dated, parts of carpet threadbare. Good WiFi though

Didn’t like anything about the hotel.. more like a hostel for the homeless..

Room smelled like mold and decades of cigarettes, we reserved a room for 4 and there was no bedding for the extra bed and no staff to help us. We walked around the entire hotel looking for a supply closet, and all we could find was extra pillow cases so we had to bundle up with 10 pillow cases and all of our clothes to sleep. The water smelled like sulfur and wouldn’t get hot. There was a towel heater though so that was cool
