O check in foi muito confuso, eles pediram pra gente entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp para receber o número do quarto, entramos em contato e n obtivemos resposta. A sinalização é confusa dentro do edifício também, foi uma pessoa que nos ajudou e depois uma hospede italiana que nos ajudou a contactar um funcionário, se n fosse ela, não sei como seria. Inclusive, tivemos um problema com um chuveiro, mandamos mensagem pelo WhatsApp e eles não responderam, mas foram resolver. Então assim, o lugar é legal, os funcionários que tivemos contato foram ótimos, a localização é colado a uma estação de metrô e uma excelente praça, porém essa questão da comunicação é complicada. Eu não iria para lá se chegasse fora do horário comercial.

I would not recommend this place. For a similar price, you can easily find much better accommodations in Naples. The location was acceptable and we received instructions prior to arrival, but the entrance was poorly marked—hidden behind a tall, unmarked door that didn’t look like a hotel at all, especially at night. Inside, we were shocked to find a very old and unsafe elevator, which felt dangerous to use. The room itself was clean but extremely small, with no proper view—more like staying in a storage room. Loud construction noise started early in the morning, making rest impossible. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. We stayed for just one night and didn’t enjoy it. In my opinion, the experience was worth no more than €50–€60. Definitely not good value for the money paid.
