Construction outside made the address of the building completely obscured and unavailable, we and our cab driver missed it twice. On arrival the keypad to open the door didn’t work, we called and were immediately admitted. This is a great location and property, loved it! We used the app and scanned QR for the key on our cell phones, all worked great but what would happen if there was a power outage? We would recommend and stay here again

Nur ca 20 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Lage ist Klasse. Der Kontakt zu libere war einfach und sehr freundlich. Das Einchecken war auch sehr einfach Es gab einen Code,der für die Haustür und das Zimmer galt. Unser Appartement war für 4 Personen und bestand aus 1 großen Zimmer ,dass durch gut gestellte Trennwände, den einen Schlafbereich, von dem anderen Wohn, Schlaf, und Essbereich recht gut trennte. Es war sehr sauber. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Als wir ankamen fanden wir nicht nur ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment vor , mit Waschmaschine, ( aber kein Ständer,) Geschirrspüler, Nespresso Maschine, Toaster , Kochgeschirr usw, als auch ein Päckchen mit 2 x Wasser ,1 x Chips und 1 x Spüli, Handtuch und Lappen. Nach 3 Tagen wurde 1 Reinigungstermin vereinbart. Heizung und Klimaanlage funktionierten auch gut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im libere !! Eincheck

Nice apartment, but also some not so nice things: There is no reception. So when you have troubles opening the door, like we did, you have to call and wait till a repair mam arrives at the property and let's you in. During our stay we were ingooien that there would be no water one day. Not a big problem, but inconvenient to have that at 9.30 till 11in the morning. Normally during vacation we like to sleep a bit longer and than start the day slowly. Now we had to make sure to have showed and have breakfast before 9.30.. Finally, the apartment is at a busy street. Lots of nice and not the best place to leave a widow open to get some fresh air.

It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though.

It was a bit nerve racking to enter since arriving from Japan didn’t have data on my phone. I punched in enter code and got in at the entrance smoothly but the room code did not allow me in. Getting international roaming and opening the app and linking the code allowed me to enter but it took time and wondered what I’d do if I couldn’t get in. No emergency contact since it’s all contactless. Once entered, the room was large and with nice beds after a long trip.

The location is excellent and the control system is up to date. Room is clean comfortable. There are three things to upgrade: 1. ‘Libere’ application should be updated to avoid any further confusion regarding parking and no breakfast service. 2. It is needed to guide how to unload and upload luggage from/to car 3. Elevator is too slow. It takes more than 1 minutes and 23 seconds from the ground floor to 1st floor.

quite difficult check in experience. we arrived at 6:30pm and completing the ID checks on the tablet. bit was then informed that the room is ready. there were no options to directly speak with anyone for clarification. took us 20mins+ staying fownstairs to be able to get the room number. the apartment was decent. The shower design was a bit awkward -with 1.5open sides and a glass door that opens (? for disability access reason) the room gives a limited view of the museum, as all aprtments are on the 1st floor.

A must if you’re staying in Bilbao. The studio is gorgeous and the view is priceless. Location is 5 star. Only downside is Parking if you’re driving. They offer parking at a reduced rate but the lot is 15min walking from the property. There’s another lot closer you can use but rate is much higher. I will definitivley stay again here.

Holy cow--you couldn't get closer to the Guggenheim if you tried! This amazing apartment had an incredible view directly to the iconic building and a lovely Juliet balcony to stand and gaze. The apartment itself was massive, and complete with a full kitchen (dishwasher and washer/dryer too!) and dining area, a living room and separate bedroom area. Only complaint was that fan in bathroom was loud (there was a problem) but if not on, a slight odor (gassy smell) came from the bathroom area. Bonus: the hotel is just down the street (less than five minute walk) the the bus stop for the airport run (and it was fine at 5 am) For price and location, Libere Bilbao has no equal.

Der erste Eindruck war gut, das online check-in im Vorwege hat super geklappt und man konnte direkt ins Zimmer. Jedoch waren viele Sachen einfach dreckig, staubig oder abgenutzt/verwohnt. Im Badezimmer war der Türrahmen aufgequollen, der Lack an der Waschbeckenarmatur war abgeblättert, der Halter für die Toilettenpapier war defekt, der Duschkopf funktionierte ebenfalls nicht richtig, sodass das Wasser überall rauskam und die Lüftung war eigentlich nur extrem laut und hatte keine Funktion, weil sie verstaubt und verdreckt war. Im Küchenbereich funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht, die Lampen über dem Esstisch waren ekelhaft verdreckt und das Kochbesteck und einige Teller waren noch mit Lebensmittelresten behaftet. An unserem ersten Urlaubstag mussten wir dann also erstmal alles abwaschen... Auch ansonsten wirkte nichts wirklich sauber. Wenn man genau hinsah, fiel einem überall Staub auf. Der Ausblick auf das Guggenheim Museum war jedoch ziemlich toll. Aber leider etwas von einem Baugerüst vorm Haus verdeckt. Ansonsten war die Gegend toll und fußläufig waren einige Supermärkte, Bars etc. erreichbar. Außerdem muss ich leider noch anmerken, dass alles sehr hellhörig ist. Über uns wurden morgens schon die Stühle laut verrückt und nachts wurde man wach, wenn andere Gäste über den Flur liefen.

My husband and I recently stayed at Apartamentos Libere Bilbao ( 9/23-9/25) for two nights, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the Guggenheim Museum, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation just steps away. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Appartement in Ordnung. Einige Instandhaltungsarbeiten erforderlich: Türrahmen zum Bad, Halterung für Toilettenpapier hat gefehlt. Am unangenehmsten war ein sehr starker Geruch in der Unterkunft.

Offsite Parking 10mins away from property and available only if booked 24hrs prior stay but not indicated by the host when contacted nor on Expedia website. 2. Room not isolated. You can clearly ear people in the apartments next to yours walking by and talking any time of the day/night. Due to the 2 negative factors I rate overall the stay 3 out of 5 stars.

Nur ca 20 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Lage ist Klasse. Der Kontakt zu libere war einfach und sehr freundlich. Das Einchecken war auch sehr einfach Es gab einen Code,der für die Haustür und das Zimmer galt. Unser Appartement war für 4 Personen und bestand aus 1 großen Zimmer ,dass durch gut gestellte Trennwände, den einen Schlafbereich, von dem anderen Wohn, Schlaf, und Essbereich recht gut trennte. Es war sehr sauber. Modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Als wir ankamen fanden wir nicht nur ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment vor , mit Waschmaschine, ( aber kein Ständer,) Geschirrspüler, Nespresso Maschine, Toaster , Kochgeschirr usw, als auch ein Päckchen mit 2 x Wasser ,1 x Chips und 1 x Spüli, Handtuch und Lappen. Nach 3 Tagen wurde 1 Reinigungstermin vereinbart. Heizung und Klimaanlage funktionierten auch gut. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im libere !! Eincheck

It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though.

My husband and I recently stayed at Apartamentos Libere Bilbao ( 9/23-9/25) for two nights, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the Guggenheim Museum, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation just steps away. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a bit nerve racking to enter since arriving from Japan didn’t have data on my phone. I punched in enter code and got in at the entrance smoothly but the room code did not allow me in. Getting international roaming and opening the app and linking the code allowed me to enter but it took time and wondered what I’d do if I couldn’t get in. No emergency contact since it’s all contactless. Once entered, the room was large and with nice beds after a long trip.

quite difficult check in experience. we arrived at 6:30pm and completing the ID checks on the tablet. bit was then informed that the room is ready. there were no options to directly speak with anyone for clarification. took us 20mins+ staying fownstairs to be able to get the room number. the apartment was decent. The shower design was a bit awkward -with 1.5open sides and a glass door that opens (? for disability access reason) the room gives a limited view of the museum, as all aprtments are on the 1st floor.

A must if you’re staying in Bilbao. The studio is gorgeous and the view is priceless. Location is 5 star. Only downside is Parking if you’re driving. They offer parking at a reduced rate but the lot is 15min walking from the property. There’s another lot closer you can use but rate is much higher. I will definitivley stay again here.

The location is excellent and the control system is up to date. Room is clean comfortable. There are three things to upgrade: 1. ‘Libere’ application should be updated to avoid any further confusion regarding parking and no breakfast service. 2. It is needed to guide how to unload and upload luggage from/to car 3. Elevator is too slow. It takes more than 1 minutes and 23 seconds from the ground floor to 1st floor.

Boendet var perfekt för den som vill vara effektiv med sitt besök till Guggenheim. Bussen från flygplatsen stannade mindre än 100 m bort. Det är gångavstånd till Gamla stan och till shopping. Flera bra frukost kaféer. Lägenheten levde upptill bilderna. Fräsch o tilltalande. Jag skulle hyra igen.

Leilighetskomplekset har ingen resepsjon, så innsjekk og eventuelle spørsmål må ordnes på egen hånd – grei å vite om på forhånd hvis man er vant til vanlig hotellservice. Beliggenheten er til gjengjeld perfekt hvis man skal besøke Guggenheim, og det er en liten butikk rett rundt hjørnet som er praktisk for å handle det man trenger underveis. Selve leiligheten bærer preg av bruk og slitasje, men var helt grei å bo i for oppholdet.

Ons appartement was heel schoon en zag er netjes uit. Het bed was comfortabel en de handdoeken dik en zacht, maar de slaapbank is aan de krappe kant voor 2 kinderen van 16 en 17 jaar (of 2 volwassenen). We vonden het fijn dat er een keueken was, vooral vanwege de koelkast. Het appartement is ruim en efficiënt ingericht. De locatie is ook top! Badkamer was ook prima. Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig. Op de foto's ziet het het er allemaal net iets beter uit. In het echt zie je veel gebruikssporen, maar het was acceptabel.

This apartment was weird, uncomfortable and unattractive. There were no functional doors other than the bathroom — just curtains separating the bedrooms. The furniture was unattractive, old, uncomfortable, didn’t feel fresh. The second sleeping space was photographed as a bedroom area but the bed was an old, uncomfortable pull out sleeper sofa with a bad mattress. There were signs of mold in the bathroom and you couldn’t open the bathroom door all the way — it would get stuck on the floor. The apartment was dark and on a busy, loud street with construction barricading the sliding glass door and balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lìbere! Our living room window faced the amazing Guggenheim Museum. The hotel was a comfortable 20 min walk from the train station. We could have taken a taxi but opted to walk. Our unit had a kitchenette which allowed us to make breakfast. The bed was firm and provided a good night's sleep! The location was great and provided so many options for shopping or dining. We definitely didn't have enough time in Bilbao and want to return for a longer stay sometime in the future! Thank you, Lìbere for a great place to stay!
