Breakfast really simple and not good quality on the food. Cold and not reposition when trays were empty. Spa old and dusty. Personal really rude an umpolite.

We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.
