The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Savannah. The host was very responsive to messages & made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip. A short walk to the park made this space great to bring our littles. Parking was very easy to find and never had trouble getting a space near the home. Even being downtown, this space was far enough away from most of the action that it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, which was fantastic after a day of walking around the city. My kids enjoyed the space, the hallway made for a great place for them to set up to play during the hot part of the day. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

Property was decent, the location was nice but the atmosphere was a little sketchy. The grass in front of the property was way over grown, weeds to mid thigh which caused a bunch of stickers to stick to our clothes and other items. The linens hadn’t seemed cleaned thoroughly mainly the quilt and comforter for the bed, the couch and chairs seemed to have small stains all over. The rest of the house was up to par. Definitely expected it to be a bit nicer for the cost but it did the job.

The property is nice in general, but a few issues affected our stay. First, the sofa bed mattress is flat and you could feel all the springs. Too uncomfortable to sleep on. Since that sofa bed covers 2/4 of the people the property can accommodate, this created an unrestful stay for 1/2 of us. Secondly, the front porch was relatively unusable as it was filled with pollen and dirt, and only had 2 plastic chairs. We would have liked to used that only outdoor space. Third, the pictures make the family room look huge. It is relatively small and with the sofa bed open, there was no walking space around the room. If the price to stay in the historic district wasn't so high in the spring, I would have had lower expectations. This place is only sized for 3 and that is if the sofa bed mattress is replaced. The kitchen was well stocked and the master bed was quite comfortable. I recently stayed in another property nearby and this one doesnt copare, but same pricing. Disappointed.

This property is super cute! Extremely charming and spacious, we loved hanging out on the front patio! The neighborhood was also an unexpected treat–we didn't realize it would be so walk-able to restaurants, coffee, and a cute/convenient little co-op. Only downside is that this is a first floor unit in a multi-level creaky old building so the bachelorette party above and weird (night construction?? lol) sounds from the unit behind the place made it hard to get to sleep. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Overall lovely, noise at night was the only downside.

Property is in a great location at the west end of Forsyth Park. Very walkable location and easy access to transportation, eateries and shopping. Home is spotless and well appointed. Great decor and wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Bed and bedding is very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay. Mary is great and super responsive.

It was a beautiful home converted into apartments. Lovely decor. Parking on the street. Was a plus. There’s a drip coffee maker, but I didn’t know if there was any coffee or filters available. Which there was in the cabinet. I had brought Starbucks instant packets to use. I had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan. And on the table in the living room to adjust that fan. I am all about curb Appeal and gardening is one of my hobbies..When we first pulled up, first thing I noticed where all of the weeds. Other than that everything was good, Thank you and we will definitely stay here again.

The listing is accurate— unbeatable location and comfortable home. There was a hygiene item in the bathroom from a previous guest, which was a bit gross. One of the charms of VRBO and competitors is the hospitality typically seen— provision of coffee, snacks, a note or if you’re lucky, a half bottle of wine. This stay lacked those little touches, which make a big difference for us. Also noteworthy is that after we checked in (we were allowed a complimentary early check-in, which was so nice) someone used the code and opened the door. They left before we saw them, but this speaks to poor communication. However, it had all that we needed and was pretty comfortable.

The property was in a great location. It was pretty clean although we did find a spoiled onion & sweet potatoes in the cabinet. The bed and bath were comfortable. The sofa in the living room was not; it was a back breaker. And we were able to hear every step and cry the 5 or 6 little children living upstairs.Most of the time it wasn’t an issue but mornings and after school times were very loud. Also, the living room needs some lamps. Other than those details it was fine.

We loved our stay in Savannah. The place was clean, well-equipped and comfortable, with the exception of the bed. Check-in was easy and location was good with a slight caveat. There is a funeral home right across the street which is quite busy--not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Two things I would recommend the owners improve: 1. non-slip strips in the tub: this is HUGE and could be a serious liability issue since the tub is very slippery. I would also recommend a grab bar in the shower. 2. new mattress/mattress topper: the mattress is VERY hard. My husband loves a hard mattress and this one was too hard for him. It was torture for me--really difficult to sleep on because it was so hard. And lastly, a 'nice to have suggestion': coffee filters would be a nice thing to provide. Overall, a really delightful stay. Thanks so much. We loved your lovely little home!

I knew from the reviews the pullout couch bed was subpar, I was a bit surprised at how aged the couch was and from a couch standpoint ready for the curb. I brought with me a foam mattress to put on top and was able to sleep, and without it was not passable as a sleeping option. The noise; brought a fan and use the white noise ap. There was an air conditioner issue and was resolved immediately and extremely professionally. The high ceilings and natural light, the room layout with an impressively equipped kitchen (some of the best cookware /dishes) I have seen in a VRBO. I would stay again with my sibling IF the couch was upgraded.

Very beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The high ceiling were absolutely beautiful, as well as the double fireplaces.

I had a wonderful stay in Savannah and so happy with my experience here. I stayed alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was walking distance to the park and many great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, I went for a great run from the house around the river. It's an adorable home that's got great natural light, beautiful and very Savannah-like finishes, great spaces. Hope to come back.

The property was in a great location. It was pretty clean although we did find a spoiled onion & sweet potatoes in the cabinet. The bed and bath were comfortable. The sofa in the living room was not; it was a back breaker. And we were able to hear every step and cry the 5 or 6 little children living upstairs.Most of the time it wasn’t an issue but mornings and after school times were very loud. Also, the living room needs some lamps. Other than those details it was fine.

Very nicely decorated , safe, convenient , reasonably priced and clean. Highly recommend. The only negative was that the sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

We loved our stay in Savannah. The place was clean, well-equipped and comfortable, with the exception of the bed. Check-in was easy and location was good with a slight caveat. There is a funeral home right across the street which is quite busy--not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Two things I would recommend the owners improve: 1. non-slip strips in the tub: this is HUGE and could be a serious liability issue since the tub is very slippery. I would also recommend a grab bar in the shower. 2. new mattress/mattress topper: the mattress is VERY hard. My husband loves a hard mattress and this one was too hard for him. It was torture for me--really difficult to sleep on because it was so hard. And lastly, a 'nice to have suggestion': coffee filters would be a nice thing to provide. Overall, a really delightful stay. Thanks so much. We loved your lovely little home!

I knew from the reviews the pullout couch bed was subpar, I was a bit surprised at how aged the couch was and from a couch standpoint ready for the curb. I brought with me a foam mattress to put on top and was able to sleep, and without it was not passable as a sleeping option. The noise; brought a fan and use the white noise ap. There was an air conditioner issue and was resolved immediately and extremely professionally. The high ceilings and natural light, the room layout with an impressively equipped kitchen (some of the best cookware /dishes) I have seen in a VRBO. I would stay again with my sibling IF the couch was upgraded.

It was perfect for a short stay. Everything was as expected and high quality. Would stay again if I’m ever back in town. Other reviews dissing this are ridiculous. The pull out bed is a pull out bed. It’s as comfortable as it could be, just throw a comforter on it and add some pillows. It is very spacious and easy to cook in. For 2 people it was great.

The listing is accurate— unbeatable location and comfortable home. There was a hygiene item in the bathroom from a previous guest, which was a bit gross. One of the charms of VRBO and competitors is the hospitality typically seen— provision of coffee, snacks, a note or if you’re lucky, a half bottle of wine. This stay lacked those little touches, which make a big difference for us. Also noteworthy is that after we checked in (we were allowed a complimentary early check-in, which was so nice) someone used the code and opened the door. They left before we saw them, but this speaks to poor communication. However, it had all that we needed and was pretty comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Savannah. The host was very responsive to messages & made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip. A short walk to the park made this space great to bring our littles. Parking was very easy to find and never had trouble getting a space near the home. Even being downtown, this space was far enough away from most of the action that it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, which was fantastic after a day of walking around the city. My kids enjoyed the space, the hallway made for a great place for them to set up to play during the hot part of the day. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

Overall our stay for the weekend was amazing. Brought back a lot of memories for myself and showing my wife around. Very friendly property manager and well attentive to calls if need be. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t forget that to ask about the farmers market in Forsyth park

Property is in a great location at the west end of Forsyth Park. Very walkable location and easy access to transportation, eateries and shopping. Home is spotless and well appointed. Great decor and wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Bed and bedding is very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay. Mary is great and super responsive.

This is an amazing space in an equally amazing structure - beautifully maintained, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location It was a pleasure communicating with Mary in the management office - she made everything easy and fun We had a very fun time and look forward to coming back

We had a great stay here. It’s only a block from Forsyth Park and is across from a funeral home, so it’s a quiet block. The space is just as pictured online and very comfortable. The only issue was being able to hear the other tenants. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartments are not insulated and you can hear everything from the units above and behind you. We were very lucky in that the other guests were really considerate, and the sounds didn’t bother us too much.

This property was in a great location. Forsyth park was beautiful. it was in walking distance. we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop 2 short blocks away. the rental was very quiet and comfortable. i highly recommend.

Loved location very close to everything SCAD. Forsythe park is 1/2 block away as well as local coffee shop Bed was comfortable, bedding and linens were excellent, kitchen was nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend to others Thank you for a great stay !

We are glad we stayed here! I think if we come back, we would choose a different location only because the street we were on did not feel as convenient as some others and it was not as pretty as some. It was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was so nice! I think the bathroom could use an extra freshening up.

Lots of walking not ideal location for 5yo but all in all great time. Had a vehicle which made it easier so just short drive w easy downtown parking.

Came to Savannah for a soccer tournament but managed to have some great meals, stumbled upon the farmers market in Forsyth Park, and loved the convenience of this cute Vrbo!

This was our first trip to Savannah. This home was a great homebase for us as we ventured out to different parts of town. Convenient parking right in front of the house.

The place was great and exactly as pictured. Very clean and in such a great location, right on the south end of Forsyth Park so everything was walkable for us and we had a toddler. But it was also located out of the busyness so it was nice and quiet. It had all necessities, except no dishwasher soap so we couldn’t wash dishes in the dishwasher but that was just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise it was all great!

Host was very responsive to requests. Toilet seat was broken when we got there and it was replaced within a couple of hours. We were on the bottom floor of this 3 story building. Couch sits very low, not very comfortable for tall people. We were a little anxious about the on street parking but had no problem. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked. Bring your own coffee for coffee pot. Overall good experience.
