Costa Hollywood Beach

I have stayed at Costa Resorts several times, this was the worst. I called several times to complain about the glass large shower door that was off the track and I was concerned about it falling off and harming one of us. They sent someone out to repair they came twice in one evening it didn’t ever get fixed properly. They said they would come back the next day no one ever showed. I reported it. They claimed it was repaired. I sent several messages saying that it was not. This unit had a broken cabinet door , and the dishwasher panel was also broken. This particular unit was very poor the furniture was pretty used and beat up and the unit needs to be updated and not worth the money you paid to stay here. I sent an email to the complex manager and no one never got back to me.

Loved the location and proximity to beach. Clean rooms but furniture could use some refreshing along with the paint. However, no complaints about cleanliness. Front desk staff welcoming. Great balcony and nice view to beach boardwalk. Great rooftop!

Spacious unit with full kitchen. Great pool and hot tub. Close to beach and restaurants

Clean, safe, staff was very pleasant, nice rooftop bar, food was mediocre bar food. Pool was dirty and water looked unappealing. Bed i. My unit was absolutely horrible, had a huge hole and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall it was a nice experience, also great location.
