The rooms were very clean (there were a few minor shortcomings, but nothing significant). Overall, everything was very good. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. The dinner was delicious and sufficient.

I have asked for a refund because I booked a twin room and was given a double there were no towels the tv didn’t work and then we went to breakfast and was told that they didn’t do it but I’d booked it and then I went to the pool and it was closed and empty !! You completely miss advertise it and I would like to get a refund

This hotel very very very very ( i can’t stress that enough) FAR from the haram and It costs good coin (it’s pretty pricey) for one return trip. And if you do multiple trips then it quickly adds up. Plus, there are NO stores within a walking distance. So unless you like the seclusion or being close to the airport or train station OR you have your own car, then I would recommend something closer to the haram. Other than that, the hotel is relatively new and the employees are super polite, respectful and the service is amazing and the place is very clean.
