We rented the finca for a week-long family/friends stay to celebrate a special occasion. We loved the stay at the finca, especially that every room came with a bathroom (except for the two-floor room with three beds and one bathroom) so everyone had privacy. Many rooms had lovely views, and there were many nooks that people could hang out in pockets. The town of Sineu was perfect for us where it didn't feel too busy or touristy, but had everything we needed and overall safe. We loved checking out the famous Wednesday market though and we did a lot of gift shopping then. The communication with the property management company was good, very responsive, which we appreciated. The finca is rustic as one can see in the pictures, so don't expect modern features. The hot water was a little unreliable but considering it is an old property overall it was ok. You're given only one key to the main door so it was difficult to coordinate with everyone on who's locking the door etc across almost 20 people. I'd say biggest surprise was lack of basic amenities within the property. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash was supplied. No extra trash bags, no washer pods/laundry detergent which I thought should've come with the property. We had to buy new packages where we had to leave much behind/throw out which seems like a huge waste and not ideal for the environment. Minor point.. in the pictures there are a lot of yoga mats but there were only two in a bad condition during our stay.

Das Haus ist groß genug, hat ausreichend und gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmern und ist zentral, aber ruhig in der Altstadt von Sineu gelegen. Vor Allem hat das Haus viel Atmosphäre (Küche, Treppenhaus/Diele, Wintergarten und Hof/Terrassen). Mit 21 Personen haben wir die Kapazitätsgrenzen ausgetestet. Optimal wäre eine Nutzung mit +/-18 Gästen.
