Alicra Hotel Çıralı

Die Alicra Anlage ist außergewöhnlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hatten gute Tipps was man sich in der Gegend anschauen kann. Sie nehmen sich für jeden Gast Zeit und gehen individuell auf jeden Gast ein. Das Essen, welches vom Hotel selbst angeboten wird ist ausgezeichnet und vom Preis auch absolut zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden bei längerem Aufenthalt auch gereinigt. Eine sehr ruhige Anlage auf der man den Urlaub wirklich genießen kann.

The bungalow did not feel properly cleaned before our arrival. There was a visible stain on one of the bed sheets, but the bathroom was the worst part. We found hair in the corner around the shower/sink area, dirty toothbrush cup holders, partially used conditioner bottles that had apparently been left from previous guests, and a sink tap that was completely loose. We have photographs showing these issues. We also had a significant problem with the electricity. The power cut out while we were showering. When we spoke to management, we were told that using the shower while the air conditioning was running could trip the power and that we effectively should not use both at the same time. For a professionally operated accommodation, we found this completely unreasonable, and no meaningful solution was offered. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor and regularly unusable. The connection frequently dropped or did not work at all, which also made the TV effectively unusable. Breakfast was included in our booking. On two occasions we ordered coffee with breakfast and at no point were we told it was an additional charge. Only when checking out were we told that we owed money for the coffees. The amount itself was not the issue — it was the lack of transparency.

The price of the room is high according to the conditions of the bungalow houses. Some maintenance will be good for the houses. Also some beverages can be added to the houses for the visitor custody. In general our visit was OK and I suggest the place. The staff was good and helpful.
