Príncipe Real Guest House

Lo que más nos gustó, es la ubicación, muy cerca, caminando del metro ratio y varias paradas de autobús, restaurantes, muy agradables cerca, como el restaurant Alba, y pastelería 1800 delicioso pastel de nata, la cama es cómoda, todo muy limpio, tiene una cocina compartida con todo lo necesario. Lo malo es que no hay calefacción Central, por lo tanto, hace muchísimo frío, pedimos una cobija y nos dijeron que no había, pero nos prestaron un calefactor, no era suficiente, tuvimos que usar dos calefactores, con eso se quedó agradable, pero lo más desagradable es el servicio de la recamarera, quien cada mañana Nos quitaba el calefactor, llegaba a tocar la puerta y nos despertaba, hacia los demás cuartos, hablando por teléfono y se oyen sus conversaciones y nos despertaba, y el último día fue a tocar diciendo que la salida era a las 11 de la mañana, le mostramos nuestra reservación por Expedia, que vencía a las 12 del día, y dijo que no era verdad, y se quedó parado en la puerta, y ahí estuvo esperando que nos fuéramos, una pésima actitud.

The property is convenient to the subway/metro system. Although the area is very hilly for walking, there are restaurants and shopping within a 15 minute radius. The building itself appears to have been recently renovated and offers multiple bedrooms, a communal kitchen, and a large patio. Despite accommodating several individuals/couples, the living arrangements provide a quiet space.

Very convenient location and neat and clean room. Easy check in, and very clear instructions. The room is rather basic, but good if you're only using the room to sleep at night and spending most time in the city.

Good location in a nice neighborhood. A bit further away from sights and transit than I figured on, though the A24 Tram works well. The room was clean. The kitchen down the hall and the terrace are nice amenities, as was the ability to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING... Great job to the owner/creator. Loved the concept. I felt I was home away from home. The room/bathroom was huge, according to European standards. Loved the rustic, minimalistic modern feel. And those windows with ALL that light, great architectural detailing. I never saw or heard the cleaning staff. I would hit the streets in the morning, come back in the afternoon, and everything was FLAWLESS. Oh, and the RATO Metro is literally across the street, safe and easy to navigate. Took it directly from the airport. Saved tons on transportation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. However, note this is not a hotel and might not be for everyone. It's a very cool concept!
