Our room was what we expected, nice view, clean. Three pools to choose from, all with different vibes. We felt the staff overall was wonderful, always willing to answer any questions and give us suggestions.

The updated rooms in El Beso are beautifully done, spotless and fresh. Check-in was a pleasure, it was clear and efficient and she did well to accomodate a change in our room.
