Wine Apartments

First for Americans to understand, this is a walk up, there are 28 steps between each floor, and the entry floor is floor #0. We had chosen an apartment which by American standards was a 10 floor walk up. It was tough so if you can’t do floors with your luggage, this is not your place. Next to understand is that you have to pre register 48 hours before arrival in order to receive your check in instructions. We had never heard of this before and arrived without knowing how to get in. I finally figured out how to call and was accommodated. After bringing all our stuff up to the top floor, we discovered the air conditioning was faulty-dripping water, not cooling the room, making crazy loud clanking sounds. It was a tough night. These were the parts that were not good. The place is decorated beautifully and is very clean. They moved us to an amazing 2 bedroom place on the second floor where we slept beautifully. If we stay here again we will upgrade, and pay more to get a room not on the top floor, but we like elevators so it’s unlikely we’ll stay here again. Downstairs is a wine place where you can have a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Theirs was the best breakfast I have ever eaten. So, it’s mixed. They were responsive and did their best to accommodate us. The places are thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, efficient and very clean. It is a walk up and air conditioner does break from time to time, so arrive early and check everything out.

Wonderful apartment with easy walking distance to Old Town. If you are not a walker there are also many buses to get you there. The room was very spacious with a mini kitchen that has the essentials you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom super clean. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning but they do have a fan in the room. Overall a great stay!

Hair on pillows and bedsheet. Stains on bedsheet and pillows. Dust and spiderweb in the roof and windows

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. 20 minutes walk to the main square.we were on the 3rd floor Clean towels and body wash was provided . The apartment could do with a few more utensils for kitchen area. These were not in the apartment. Fish slice ,bottle opener , can opener, basin for sink to wash dishes and dish towel no toaster so we dry fried our bread. Wooden spoon for stirring. The bed was very comfortable,fans in living room and bedroom. would stay again

Nice apartment with everything you need for a city break. Excellent on site basement wine bar and restaurant - breakfast was great with a nice choice to suit all tastes. Handy location for the tram and only a short walk to the main square.
