TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brentwood

The hotel clerk wasn’t around when I arrived for 10 min. I wasn’t told there was a dog area in the back of the hotel so I went to “the wrong area” to let my dog out. They charged 100 extra to keep a dog in the room which is absurd. I won’t stay here again. The hotel itself was ok.

The hotel breakfast was hot and good, just wish they had a waffle maker for our toddler. The staff was very friendly. Our toddler was looking for to swimming in the pool and he did, however the water was not clear and the automatic lights in the pool area did not turn on. The gym was next door so we got some light. I did report to front desk, however no one showed up to fix the problem. Huge safety issue!!

The hotel room was very nice, very friendly staff and super helpful, the hotel is in a super convenient location with lots of stuff to do nearby

Excellent room. Clean and spacious. The staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Only improvement was coffee was really burned both days, but otherwise terrific!
