The hotel is extremely dated. The hallways smelled terribly of mildew. The pool was covered and closed on July 4th weekend. The grounds are overgrown and not kept. I saved the worst for last, we had no hot water for our entire stay. When I asked, I was told that it was a holiday weekend and there was no one to fix it until after the weekend. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL! DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED...

I was charged for a auite with a jetted tub. I got the bottom basic room. Dirty tub...not a jetted tub, no coffeemaker, no ice bucket or cups. Waited 30 minutes for the desk girl to cone inside from her friend's party outside. Dogs owned by that female were running throughout the hotel, NOT on leashes. When asked we were told, "We aint got ice so we don't have buckets." I will be discussing my false charges with corporate.

The plsce was disapointing in everywaypossible. King bed was collapsing in middle and top cover was dirty and holes in it. No hot water, cold shower. Everythingfelt dirty. Missing handle on bathroom door. Lobby was literallytotally empy, no seating. Never stay here again

There are no phones in the rooms. How does the hotel notify guests if someone comes in for them. My cell phone was off, so this made it difficult. No coffee pot in room as advertised, remote to tv only good for sound, no ice maker working/non-existant. The plus are staff nice, pet friendly, very quiet, clean room, quiet heater/good heat, good location for anything you need and any event to go to in Washington County/city. Shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience. Overall

Every part of the hotel was so dirty. The room smelled like smoke and the comforter had burns in it. They did not have a ice machine on site, an in room coffee machine, or even a bar of soap. We had to ask for tissue, toilet paper, an iron and other items that should have been stocked. They gave us one towel we had to share between the two of us. When we asked for a second towel, they said we had to throw down the first one and they would wash it and return it to us. There was trash left in the room and food left in the fridge. Only one trash can in the room, none in the hallway or lobby. Not even one in the parking lot. We booked 4 nights with hotels.com. We checked out after 2 nights and have not received a refund for the other 2 nights. Both my wife and I left there feeling physically sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I had to vacuum my own room on check in, old food in fridge, trash in drawers, no towels, black mold in bathroom 275. Pool has been closed for year, building, elevators and room smelt of pot. Selling of drugs inside and outside hotel. No staff insite showing other properties for owner. Rude staff. Had to take out my own trash to dumpster if not my deposit of $50 would not have been given back. Still waiting for deposit to be returned. Homeless people that lived in hotel were more helpful than staff.

I ended up leaving this hotel and booked a room at a Marriott property. The lobby was dated, the check-in process was antiquated and slow, the room smelled bad and the linens on the bed had cigarette burns on them. A person in front of us was attempting to reserve rooms for "clients". Several people in need of drug treatment were loitering in the parking lot.

Bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and the room was spacious! Restaurant right next door was nice! On the negative side, the entire floor( bath also) was so sticky to walk on, and was also covered in hair (dog hair?), every counter and cabinet surface was sticky, curtains wouldn’t cover all of window for privacy, tv didn’t work, and no one came to fix it. Toilet seat lid was loose.

When I came to check in the credit card machine was down. Got the key went up to my room. The moment I got off the elevator on my floor it reeked of cigarettes and mold. In the room, it’s clearly someone had broken down the door since the door lock was destroyed with a zip tie, replacing it. Every cloth material in the room was stained and all the furniture scratched up like it’s been dragged down the road. Went to use the the bathroom and saw that the door handle had been very visibly broken off. Went back to the lobby, handed in my key and told them I would not be staying there tonight. And booked a different hotel.

We didn’t check in and instead moved to another hotel. Our friends ( from a wedding party) who arrived earlier to the hotel than us warned us that the rooms had roaches and smelled of urine. They all moved out as well and we decided not to check in. We wanted to inform Expedia if we could get a refund although our deadline had passed. I think we deserve a refund.

The tv in the room was broken, they promised a new one and we never got it. We only got one towel and one rag for 2 adults and 1 child, we asked for more and were told no. Sink would not drain , microwave would not work, the list goes on and on. We ended up leaving a day early because we just couldnt take it any more.

Blankets were torn, desk and chair were filthy. I stayed in room 272 which was directly across from a “condemned” sign quite unsettling. But they were doing construction or some noisy activities with hollering throughout the entire night on the floor above. The ladies at the front counter were respectful and about the only saving grace for this hotel. Pay the extra 5 bucks and stay elsewhere especially with kids.

There was no one at the front desk, I had to call them for someone to come. The room smelled like cigarettes and the blankets had cigarette burns all over it. The room was shabby and had damaged walls and furniture in it. When I went back to the service desk to let them know all of this, there was no one there and I had to call them again and was told they would be here in about 10 minutes. I told them I was taking pictures of the damage to the room and would not be held responsible for the damage in the room.

When we went to check in there was no one at the desk. There was a hand written sign saying to call a number. I did and there was no answer. I'd prepaid or would have left at that point. After about 10 minutes, I got a call back and was told they would be down in a few minutes. They'd been working on an issue with another guest. Turns out they only have ONE person working in the entire hotel. She was very nice and I don't blame her at all. The owners of this hotel have clearly not invested any money in maintenance or hiring staff. I would definitely not stay there again.

At checkin… the clerk (who was new) couldn’t get a key to load for me to go to my room. She only had 3 keys available. I waited 10 min before she called the maintenance guy to give me access to my room.

I ended up leaving this hotel and booked a room at a Marriott property. The lobby was dated, the check-in process was antiquated and slow, the room smelled bad and the linens on the bed had cigarette burns on them. A person in front of us was attempting to reserve rooms for "clients". Several people in need of drug treatment were loitering in the parking lot.

There are no phones in the rooms. How does the hotel notify guests if someone comes in for them. My cell phone was off, so this made it difficult. No coffee pot in room as advertised, remote to tv only good for sound, no ice maker working/non-existant. The plus are staff nice, pet friendly, very quiet, clean room, quiet heater/good heat, good location for anything you need and any event to go to in Washington County/city. Shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience. Overall

I had to vacuum my own room on check in, old food in fridge, trash in drawers, no towels, black mold in bathroom 275. Pool has been closed for year, building, elevators and room smelt of pot. Selling of drugs inside and outside hotel. No staff insite showing other properties for owner. Rude staff. Had to take out my own trash to dumpster if not my deposit of $50 would not have been given back. Still waiting for deposit to be returned. Homeless people that lived in hotel were more helpful than staff.

Bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and the room was spacious! Restaurant right next door was nice! On the negative side, the entire floor( bath also) was so sticky to walk on, and was also covered in hair (dog hair?), every counter and cabinet surface was sticky, curtains wouldn’t cover all of window for privacy, tv didn’t work, and no one came to fix it. Toilet seat lid was loose.

It could be a better place if they could get the roof fixed and the ceilings fixed keep alot cleaner and have microwaves in all the rooms plus have a more friendlier and helpful staff

My room had no hair dryer -- just the empty holder on the wall. I can't call the front desk (no phone in room) so I went down and asked for a hair dryer. He said it's not an amenity offered by the hotel anymore. lamp by bedside was missing the light bulb. I had to shout in the back for the front desk personnel as never -- not once -- was there anyone there. No hangers in the closet.
