Best Staff ever

For the price of my stay, I was absolutely not pleased with my experience. While most of the aesthetics of the hotel are nice, with the exception of many unsightly worn down artificial plants everywhere, I experienced broken amenities in my room, poor service throughout the hotel, unpleasant odors, and children sprinkled throughout this "adults only" hotel. They also do not offer and transportation for their guests. I highly suggest taking your money elsewhere.

The service provided by the staff was excellent. Unfortunately, they do not provide in room food service so we found ourselves ordering in several times. On vacation, you do not want to always get dressed to go out to sit in a restaurant. The lighting in the bathroom was poor and there was no vanity mirror or light which made it difficult to do makeup. The shower was a bit complex to work and over designed. They should consider a simpler shower. The door to the shower did not close completely making it a gamble for a bathroom flood any time you shower. The lobby should be brightened up. The dimness takes away from the artistic designs and reduces warmth in the space. The pool is well designed, should maybe include an elevated smooth step to go around the pool so you can navigate without sinking. Consider extending breakfast hours to 12 Pm so guests can sleep in and still enjoy a rooftop brunch experience. The neighborhood is obviously in rehab but given the issues PR has experienced, it is understandable. Outside property grounds could be tended to better. Overall I would recommend a staying here.

Centrally located in Condado. Short walk to many restaurants and shops, beaches nearby, and a short Uber ride to Old San Juan. Hotel is a vibe: beautiful rooftop bar and pool, every space was thoughtfully designed, and the restaurants were amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive.
