Je suis arriver en meme temps qune competition de patin artistique de 8 ans environ alors l espace spa sauna piscine était trop achalandée et mal entretenue le tout est revenue a la normal a la fin du sejour

Très beau séjour où nous avons pu profiter du spa et de la pisicine.

We love this hotel! We travel with children. We have stayed there many times. We like the friendly staff, cleanliness, beautiful beach, swimming pool, sauna and romantic atmosphere! Thank you!

Un endroit magnifique au bord du fleuve (on se croirait au bord de la mer). Nous pouvions sortir du patio directement sur la plage rocailleuse. Le son des vagues est tellement apaisant et le coucher de soleil est époustouflant! Nous avons adoré la section piscine, spa et sauna dans l'immeuble principal. Notre chambre est dans une section à 150m de l'immeuble principal, mais nous pouvons nous stationner devant la chambre. Chaque chambre donne sur le fleuve. La chambre est tranquille, confortable, propre et a plusieurs accessoires pratiques : frigo, micro-ondes cafetière kurig, séchoir à cheveux, fer à repasser, télévision. Merci pour cette belle escapade !

No parking space if you are at the pavillon sur mer. Nobody shovels the snow, a total mess.

Accès direct au bord de mer, belle plage. L'accès à une buanderie et aux commodités de l'hotel est très pratique *attention c'est 3$ pour la secheuse et 3$ pour la laveuse, 2$ pour une capsule de lavage. Chambre propre et belle. J'ai eu un probleme avec le moudtiquaire et une personne est venue dans l'heure. Je recommande et j'ai adoré mon séjour

L'hôtel est très bien aménagé. Gym, piscine, très beau et bon restaurant. Un 2e bâtiment plus vieux dispose de chambres comfortables, mais à quelques pas du complexe principal. Bon choix.

À mon arrivée, la balayeuse n’avait pas été passée. Il y avait une lame de neige devant la porte ce qui rendait l’accès à la chambre difficile. Après mon séjour de 4 jours, elle n’était pas encore déneigée. Nous étions deux et nous avons manqué de serviettes et de café. Pas de service pendant 4 jours et les poubelles étaient pleine. Odeurs après 4 jours. Trou dans le mur pour l’air climatisé qui n’était isolé. Nous avons du mettre une serviette pour empêcher le froid d’entrer

J’ai du changer de chambre… le tapis était pleins de saletés ( graines ) il m’ont donner une chambre juste à coté qui était propre mais dans les 2 chambres le tours du bain avait des points noir de moisissures

La terrasse n’avait pas été balayée. Il y avait du sable et un morceau de verre. Le terrain arrière aussi n’était pas très propre. Il y avait des détritus (papier et mouchoir) Le plancher de la piscine intérieure etait rempli d’eau (vers 18h) Le frigo et l’air climatisé étaient très bruyants. Nous aurions ouvert la porte patio mais des gens faisaient un feu sur la plage et la fumée amplissait la pièce. L’accueil était un peu nonchalant. Pas d’information, pas de sourire. La chambre en elle même était par contre très propre.

La chambre et salle de bain sales vieux tapis diffixile à dire depuis combien de siècles il est là .... difficulté d'ajuter l'eau de la douche, balcon en très très piètre état.

Plein de petite mouche dans la chambre , surtout dans la salle de bain . Il a une ouverture plus que la moitier de la porte , on voit le jour dans cette ouverture et l’aire froide rentre . Nous avons dû monter le chauffage haut pour réussir à garder une certaine chaleur dans la chambre sinon on gelais

J'ai été changer de chambre 2 fois et aucune n'avait d'air climatisé fonctionnel, il fesait chaud pour dormir.

The main hotel of the property was beautiful and new, with a fabulous restaurant and Pool facility. Checkin is done in the main Hotel and then a short distance walk to the older rooms that we stayed. Expedia had booked us in an Upstairs room with Balcony, but Reception was able to update our reservation to a downstairs room with a Ground Floor Patio The Room was average, a bit older, but well maintained and clean. The Patio was amazing, with a Patio Door opening to a Beach Waterfront only feet away. The view was amazing and the tranquility of the Waves on the shoreline could not be beat. We actually watched a huge Fin Whale come to the surface 3 times directly in front of our room about 300 yds from shore about 30 mins after checkin. WOW !!! In the morning we relaxed on the Patio and watched Gulls catch and eat Crabs on the Shoreline when the Tide went out. We did tons of Beachcombing and found lots of Sea Glass We've stayed in nicer rooms, but the view from this one will be a long-term memory ..... and we will be back and stay longer next time

Chambre très petite, pas vraiment de comptoir dans la salle de bain pour déposer notre produits. Pas de serviettes à main de fournies. Les chaises extérieures avaient plein de toiles d’araignées, ce qui aurait pu être nettoyé avant notre arrivée. Les clous ressortaient du tapis en bordure de la porte patio! Bons points: literie confortable et vue magnifique sur la mer.

Nice hotel and well worth the stay. Location is excellent and so are the staff. The only issue we had was with the plumbing. Management needs to fix the hot water tank. It took 5 minutes of running before warm water started to appear. Then, the pipes were loud and noisy......and as for the toilet, it needed to be replaced. If you can get past the plumbing in the bathroom....all is good!

The only downfall was the carpet in the room

Rooms all face towards the St Lawrence river , with the sound of the surf and the aroma of the salt air , very zen .

Les cabines sont directement sur la mer. En ouvrant la porte on se retrouve directement devant. Le confort des chambres est excellent.

If I had time I would sue Expedia and this hotel for providing wrong information and ruin my plan. I brought my parent to 7 days east Quebec road trip to appreciate them. On website you see a nice entrance nice resto nice spa! But wait! It’s not belong to pavillon section! No picture of this disaster of pavillon entrance! No information about you have to take car from reception to get to pavillon section! With two old parents that are not able to walk, I put all their luggage in entrance and receptionist told me that we need to go to other section! I told her that I don’t understand what she is meaning and in picture I saw this reception, this place and I thought it’s inside the building in the picture! She was so rude and in a way of yieling she told you reserve there you go there! I was pretty bad surprise. She was so rude even to understand what is my point and that I’m confused. I told her but it’s not mentioned we have to take car to there! She answers again very rude! She didn’t even provide a clear road map that where we are suppose to go! I again put all luggages back helped my parents sit and drove to find this old building. It is a disaster. I have been never in a hotel like it. My father is not able to take stairs. She is not even able to walk long distance. The receptionist was so rude even to be able to ask if they have a room in that section to stay just one night. I don’t care about money. I care about quality and my parents. Long story short don’t come here.

la chambre était propre mais il y avait plusieurs araignées dans la chambre. J'ai dû tué au moins 5. La chambre est en face de la plage. Il y avait qussi une barre de metal qui depassait en dessous du lit. mais 2 enfants se sont fait mal avec. Mon garçon a même saigné du pied. quand je l'ai dit à la reception, il n'y a eu aucune empathie. Ils ne se sont même pas excusés. c'était vraiment dangereux.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! J’avais appelé pour avoir des informations sur le pavillon , car j’y allais seule avec mon bébé de 9 mois. La réceptionniste m’a dit qu’elle allait laisser une note pour une chambre au premier étage . le tout à été respecté. C’était facile de décharger les bagages, car la voiture était garé devant la porte . La vue était WoW ! J’ai commandé du restaurant au cargo pour emporter et c’était délicieux. On a profité de la piscine intérieur et il y avait une pateaugeoire pour les petits . Malheureusement la piscine extérieure était fermé et on ne savait pas l’horaire d’ouverture. Ce serait plaisant un chemin qui mène du pavillon à la piscine extérieure et au feu … C’était difficile en poussette, mais ça ne m’a pas empêché de faire toutes les activités . Merci beaucoup pour le séjour on a passé de belles vacances!

Nous avons eu un upgrade de la chambre gratuitement. Service professionnel à notre arrivée. La chambre est très belle. Lit très très confortable.

Our host Deroy was personable, friendly, and easy to work with. And ee loved the property location: historic lighthouse within walking distance, the Gulf of St Lawrence right across the street, and Forillon NP just 9 minutes away. We enjoyed sitting outside every evening to watch the waters and Cap Gaspe on the background.

This property was clean,close to the ferry and on the beach. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious. The staff were very friendly

Vraiment un beau motel propre avec une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Le restaurant est un peu ordinaire, mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel laisse beaucoup de choix. Motel directement sur la plage. J'y retourne sans hésitations.
