Hotel Meri All inclusive

Dernier hôtel sur la plage et le lagon bleu. Hôtel charmant, intimiste, au calme et agréable. Chambre et propreté parfaite. Personnel et réceptionniste très à l'écoute. Merci pour ce beau séjour et merci au réceptionnistes pour leur aide.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec une photo descriptive d’une magnifique vue mer. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été placés dans une chambre avec vue sur: un mur à 20 cm de la vitre. Lorsque nous sommes revenus voir la réception, on nous a demandé de payer 20 euros par nuit pour avoir une chambre avec vue. Difficile de passer un bon séjour en le commençant ainsi.

Perfeita! Hotel maravilhoso, ótima comida, acesso a praia era espetacular.

I have never written a negative review, however, I am so disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the room had a constant strong awful smell, which after reading some other reviews, may have been the smell of sewage. The duvet, which had no clean cover on, had a faceal smear on it! The constant thumping of loud music into our room from the hotel 2100hrs to midnight and from next door during the day, meant there was no escape. My wife had the most terrible food poisoning which meant we were stuck in our room for a couple of days. All this lead to us switching hotels after four torturous days. The Manager wasn’t interested and when checking out, couldn’t be bothered to speak to us about this. He said he was coming over to discuss the stay, then 20min after waiting for him, we were told he wasn’t coming! What a shame as the hotel is set a lovely bay. No attempt at communication or a refund has been made.

In general it is a nice option around Oludeniz area.
