Hotel Staff Nice Room was good shame about smart TV features would not work so quite annoying als room AC was not very good you could not set the temperature below 21 Degrees so room was to hot Breakfast was fine bacon was always luke warm at best Plates COLD so food was never hot enough Pool was nice a bit enclosed no views of sea from pool & Beach was Very Poor stoney rocky No Sand Check in was quick again staff were nice Would i return to Villa Cortes 50/50 location was good..

Vi var nöjda med precis allt förutom att poolen var iskall. Att bada är en stor del av semestern för oss och att behöva kliva i en kall pool är verkligen inte en femstjärnig upplevelse! Utöver det så är hotellet, personalen och läget oslagbart!

What a fantastic hotel. Not your usual holiday hotel (rectangular and white) with many nooks and crannies to relax in. Breakfast was divine. Must try the Guanchito poached eggs cheese vegetables avacado on a fried tortilla. Staff were friendly and wanted to help. Room spacious quiet and comfortable. Would stay again.

Het blijft een prachtig hotel, met heel veel uitstraling en zeker een 5* gevoel. Helaas blijkt dit niet uit: gescheurde sierdeken, die pas na 3x aangeven verwijderd is en niet vervangen! Tevens kregen we op dag 7 van ons 8daags verblijf voor het eerst nieuwe lakens! Niet echt 5* waardig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Villa Cortés. Das Design der Zimmer ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber und unsere Suite auch sehr geräumig. Ein tolles Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wanne und einer separaten Toilette mit Bidet. Das Personal beim Check-In und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Highlight war sicherlich die wunderbare Halbpension. Das Abendessen war köstlich das Menü abwechslungsreich. Auch im Restaurant war das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr vielfältig und die angebotenen Speisen hatten eine gute Qualität. Ein kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag gibt es dennoch. Es wäre sehr schön wenn am Abend eine Bar mit Terrasse in der Hotel Anlage geöffnet wäre. Zum Beispiel gegenüber dem Restaurant Tiziano.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago an returned to it because I think it is the nicest hotel in Arona. Since my last trip there have been further improvements making it an even nicer place to stay, In particiular the breakfast is really good and dinner is now at the oceanfront. Location is and was perfect.

Siamo stati molto bene.Ci sono cose che migliorerei come la sala della colazione,la colazione stessa e le sedie fuori che sono pesantissime!I servizi dell’albergo,nonostante la gentilezza ed efficienza del personale,sono veramente pochi.Ma sono solo suggerimenti per migliorare.Altrimenti ripeto siamo stati molto bene!

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Great location. The negative is that we got charged £530.00 for a Gala Dinner on New Years Eve that we didn’t book but were told is was compulsory. People should be made aware of this prior to them checking in. Disputing this charge with the hotel currently
