Muy buena estancia, excelente atención por WhatsApp, la habitación muy bien, un poco ajustada solamente, quizá modernizar un poco la tele para una mejor experiencia smart TV, de ahí en fuera muy buen lugar todo cerca, restaurantes, mercado (carrefour) cerca de la estación de policía; muy bien

There is no staff on site so getting in the first time was a bit convoluted. Once we learned the process it was ok, but you still needed to enter a code to get in the main door, use a weblink to get into the "lobby" and then open a lockbox to get a key card for the room (this last step was only the first time). Breakfast was great, just not on site. Room was clean and the air conditioner was a welcome addition.

Virkeligt dårligt værelse, skulle være DeLuxe hvilket det langt fra var. Slidt og rigtig dårlig indrette, seng hang i wire midt i rummet hvilket gjorde at der ingen plads var. Ingen dør til toilet og privatliv. Kr 1400.- pr overnatning er totalt spild af penge. Forfærdeligt ophold

Der var ingen indtjekningsmulig eller instruktion, vi måtte vente på gaden. Ingen svarede på telefonnummer til kommunikation. Værelse var fint, men dårlig lugt fra badet. Ventilator virkede ikke, værten blev informeret men gjorde ingenting. Der var mug i bruseren og vand løb ud på gulvet. Vi spurgte om ekstra håndklæder, og fik svar at vi ville få dem. Vi fik dem aldrig. Der var ikke toiletpapir nok til opholdet. Positivt: Området var stille og i gåafstand fra den hyggelige del af Trastevere.
