The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom, while small, was updated. Everything was very clean. We did find the ac very noisy and you couldn't regulate the volume on the tv. Very friendly, welcoming front desk greeting

The owners of this property really go out of their way to make sure that they help you with all your needs. We were renting a kitchenette suite and if I needed something that wasn't in it I just asked and they tried their best to get what I needed to cook. The Friday night was a little noisy with some real party animals in the room beside us but all in all it was a good stay.

Stayed for two nights to see Pelee N/P. Since it was during a heat wave, the a/c struggled a bit to keep the room cool. It was also a bit noisy - not like the central a/c at home. Room including bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water, although it is hard water, not soft. Small fridge and microwave are handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was good. Will likely stay again...

Good motel and great bang for buck. With tax was $140/night. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and decent bathroom! Good quality for the money spent, enjoyed our stay. No blow dryer in room, got one from front desk though. Air conditioning worked well, was nice and cool! Good fridge and microwave!

Found a dirty towel and bandaid in the bathroom and put it outside. Bathroom is too small. Noise from other rooms is annoying. Had to go back to office 3 times to pick up a 3rd set of towels and pillows. The price is 3 times what it should be for what we got.

A clean room and comfortable bed! I’ve stayed here 3 different times before and the owners are great, very friendly and always helpful with my evening check ins. I will stay again next time I’m in town, the location is perfect for me.

It was very clean and quiet. Easy access to Point Pelee Park and to the island ferry, though we didn't go there. Owners were really nice. Half the price of other hotels such as Seacliff Inn.

It's a pretty nice inn with decent rooms, adequate to have a rest after a busy vacation day. It's kind of what to expect for the price you pay. Really loved having dinning facilities closeby.

We booked this motel last minute. We are biking in peely Park today. It was all we needed for a one night sleep. coffee and breakfast options are approximately a kilometer away. But in general, it was basic but good. Traffic outside get busy starting at 5:30 am.

Looks better in concept than in execution. The useful-looking bedside lamp with multiple ports/outlets in the base looked useful, except nothing (not even the lamp bulb) worked, even though it was plugged in. The two pot lights over the desk also looked like a thoughful touch, except I could not find a switch for them (or else they, too, don't work). Having said that, everything was very clean, the fridge worked, the bed was quite comfortable and all the washroom plumbing worked perfectly. The price was very high for the level of quality and amenities, but that's the norm for peak birding season in Leamington. I'm sure the rates aren't so bad the rest of the year.

The kitchenette was not well equiped...bring your skillet and utensils...the door of the microwave was not closing well. The amenities were cheap quality. The beds were fine and clean. The room was well soundproofed.
