Otel merkezi bir yerde pastoral bir bahçesi mevcut ,kahvaltı iyi ilgili güleryüzlü bir personel , fakat geldiğimizde bozuk dört gün onarılmayan asansörü var yakışmadı sessiz temizlik ve çarşaflar havlular iyi

Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose from in the many leafy squares surrounding the hotel. The hotel does cold plates, which we didn’t try.

Lovely space and all the staff is wonderful. In particular, Antonio is so nice and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times, some rooms are more interesting than others, but all are lovely. If i had to make a complaint it would be for the beds to be a bit softer.

Fantastic boutique style hotel. Excellent service. Will be back.
