HOTEL DU LOUVRE

Free breakfast promise was misrepresented. Hotel refused to provide free breakfast. There were no towels in the room. It took multiple requests and 5 hours of waiting to get a towel. The receptionist was rude and said she was busy with paperwork and she didn’t have time to find a towel for. She told me to wait and do not bother her. Glass window was missing, the room could have been easily accessed from a balcony on the second floor, so it felt like sleeping on the street at tonight with all street noise and complete lack of security. The hotel is my absolute worst experience. I would have given it a negative rating, but the lowest option is 1.

I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed. I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...??? The hotel was dirty: dirty linen, dirty towels, lights with no globes in them, remote control with no batteries...I appreciate the accommodation was fairly inexpensive...but the hotel was poor.

Arrivée a l'hôtel, il etait complet. Ils nous a demander d'aller a 2km dans un autres hotel qui n'était pas informés de notre venus. On n'a pas eu le petit déjeuner de prévu
