Breakfast buffet was really very good. Pool area has a great vibe. Lovely staff. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup. The mirror over the sink is tiny and there is t one over the desk so you have to sit on the floor in front of the full length. Another case of the designer probably not staying in the room to gauge user-friendliness. Staff very good. Lunch yummy. We’ll definitely be back!

The OKU is an amazing hotel. Get the breakfast included! Restaurant didn’t have the greatest service for the price. Great pool vibe for afternoons and has a small hotel feel. Concierge is very helpful and valet will have your car ready in a moments notice.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and beautiful presentation. The pool had a great vibe and was a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh, wholesome options. Parking couldn’t have been easier. Plus, the hotel’s location is ideal for visiting nearby calas and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean.

Great vibe, extremely friendly staff, beautiful Tulum-like design, high quality food, decent guests, overall absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious yet pretty minimalist (with a boho touch) definitely not luxurious but decent for an Ibiza trip. Outdoor furniture was very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym could use an upgrade. Besides everything was perfect, clean and loved the pool party. Valet service is very attentive which is helpful as the hotel is a bit out of the way (which is a positive) and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Ibiza. Will definitely return

Comme d'habitude séjour exceptionnel Hotel moderne et très bien entretenu Personnel au top Chambre très agréable avec son balcon sur la piscine Piscine de 50m avec ses plages incroyable Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent Plats et boissons servis à la piscine variés et délicieux Nous reviendrons sans hesitation

The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Amazing hotel and the service is 2nd to none. Only criticism is the gym. It looks fancy, but it’s bang average. Style over substance and quite a few of the machines are either out of use or not functioning properly.

Our OKU experience was top notch from the beginning to end. The staff were very professional and helpful, from the porters to reception to a top notch concierge who arranged amazing tables at nearby restaurants. Great poolside music and service. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend a stay at OKU.

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

Can’t fault any aspect of OKU at all. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are vibrant, attentive and friendly. The dining options are all exquisite. We can’t wait to stay again!

This was my second stay at Oku, the first time I stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with my husband and it was amazing over looking the pool and dj. This time I had a lovely Deluxe Room to share with a friend and it was perfect for our trip with a large group of friends. The added sitting area provided enough space for us both and all our things. My only complain would be that the closet needs to allow for dresses to be hung, the configuration is silly. Also housekeeping needs to replenish things like cotton buds, etc daily and didn't for our stay. The turndown service with water by the bed was lovely when we came home from the clubs, as were the drinks in the lobby before and after nights out. The breakfast is very good and one of the best around tbh. If you want peace and quiet by the pool, Oku is not for you, a few friends did go to the family pool when they needed it more quiet. I also love that Cala Gracio beach and my fave restaurant Cala Gracionetta is a short walk away! The restaurant across from Oku is also very good and has great tapas and drinks.

My second time staying at this hotel and it did not miss. I had an amazing time and luckily got upgraded to a junior suite! Only thing I would wish is that they work on the mould infestation in the corners in the showers (and rooms also I guess). Overall superb experience and the spa is great!

Check in process was slick, room was clean and minimalist. Very comfortable bed. We sat in the bar on our first night and got told by a waiter to order a drink at the bar, but didn't get served or acknowledged for 15 minutes. I then had to ask the same waiter for table service which he then provided straight away. Food and cocktails expensive but tasty. Pool was fantastic, very spacious beds and sun loungers. Never had an issue securing one. Breakfast was excellent; huge range of hot and cold choices. Breakfast waiting staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. Although it was an expensive stay, you do get a lot for your money in terms of facilities, breakfast and helpful staff.

The start of our stay was not so smooth. I had booked 4 nights originally and then 1 month before I booked and paid for an extra night. When checking in, this info was not available and I had to prove that I booked an extra night. Also it took some time to merge our booking so that we were in the same room for the whole stay. This should have been done before our arrival as there was time. We asked for a late check out 1 month before and we were told we had to wait until the actual morning to ask, which doesn't help with making plans in advance or getting the extra hour sleep. One day after 3 days of being there I was asked if I needed any help when I was walking to the pool, which was odd and then I had to tell them my room number. I asked my friends if this had happened to them and it did not, so i found this a bit uncomfortable. We had the premium room 1506 but the entrance to the shower is really not practical and could do with a sliding door instead. Other than these things, the hotel was super clean, staff were professional and food, music gym was amazing. The trainer from Bodyism was just wonderful.

Beautiful, clean and well kept property. Absolutely terrible and expensive service around the pool. Weird thing - two separate single duvets on a king size bed, I kept waking up freezing! But really lovely hotel

I was a little sceptical at first as we usually stay on the east coast and in over 20 years of visiting this would be my first stay in the San An area (it’s improved a lot over the years, and it’s actually in a different neighbourhood). We didn’t regret it. We booked a superior double, which for us was a little basic (no fridge) and had views over an apartment block over the back. We spoke to reception and paid for an upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the main pool. From then everything was fantastic. The room, service, the food is all great. The decor is magnificent also with a focus on modern art. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood close by to some beautiful secluded beaches. The speaker in the room absolutely thumps as well 😂 It was a toss up between here and the standard, we definitely made the right choice. This may be our new favourite.

Great vibe, extremely friendly staff, beautiful Tulum-like design, high quality food, decent guests, overall absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious yet pretty minimalist (with a boho touch) definitely not luxurious but decent for an Ibiza trip. Outdoor furniture was very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym could use an upgrade. Besides everything was perfect, clean and loved the pool party. Valet service is very attentive which is helpful as the hotel is a bit out of the way (which is a positive) and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Ibiza. Will definitely return

Die Hotelanlage ist an sich OK. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Superior-Doppelzimmer leider sehr knapp geschnitten. Das Bad ist nicht wirklich getrennt mit Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer fast direkt neben dem Bett -> unglaublich aber war! Der 50m-Schwimmingpol sauber & schön, aber leider wird man überall ständig mit sehr lauten mit DJ-Musik beschallt. Wenn man dort die Ruhe sucht ist man sicher am falschen Ort.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Rooms are so small you can barely open your suitcase. Our AC didn't work and they kept saying that they would fix it - and never did. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could go elsewhere and they said no. They just comp influencers to stay here and price gouge everyone else to make up for it. TLDR - Stay at a nicer and cheaper resort on the water like Seven Pines

OKU Ibiza is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Reason for rating our stay with only two stars is that we had a luxery junior suite where the aircon was malfunctioning. The issue was addressed every day but never fixed. Standard answer was 'I am really sorry about that' but difficult to use that for anything. We paid almost EUR 4500 for three nights and did not have one good night of sleep. Just not good enought.

Reception/overall staff are very slow and could use more training on the overall efficiency of the hotel. The breakfast is one of the best, be aware of bees on the patio. The stay price is inflated for what you actually get, the gym is beautiful but doesn't have real standard equipment..everything’s just design orientated. Instead, I highly recommend doing their yoga/hiking/morning rise/sound bath classes(they’re free and really nice). Don't get the burger for lunch, food is pretty expensive and underwhelming. Location is solid, a nice walk to the town along the water. Overall not bad, you’ll enjoy it and its probably better than most in the area.

Breakfast buffet was really very good. Pool area has a great vibe. Lovely staff. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup. The mirror over the sink is tiny and there is t one over the desk so you have to sit on the floor in front of the full length. Another case of the designer probably not staying in the room to gauge user-friendliness. Staff very good. Lunch yummy. We’ll definitely be back!

The OKU is an amazing hotel. Get the breakfast included! Restaurant didn’t have the greatest service for the price. Great pool vibe for afternoons and has a small hotel feel. Concierge is very helpful and valet will have your car ready in a moments notice.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and beautiful presentation. The pool had a great vibe and was a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh, wholesome options. Parking couldn’t have been easier. Plus, the hotel’s location is ideal for visiting nearby calas and enjoying the many great restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean.

Second time I’ve stayed here .. probably the worst experience I’ve had in a while, room wasn’t up to scratch had many issues that later was sorted after complaining to staff and then management. Before staying I had to change dates due to the passing of my grandmother.. was charged an extra £1500 for 5 days on top of what I already paid to change it by 2 weeks. You would have thought with a good heart that you would do your extra for a customer that has gone through something so difficult. Nothing at all. Service around the pool was shocking, basically served myself going back and forth to the bar asking for drinks. Asking for a straw. In the end had to ask for a manager took 3 people to finally for her to come and 45 mins later!! I genuinely would never visit this hotel again. Massive let down and anyone that is going I believe your paying for a 5 star hotel that should be 3 star for its bad service.

Our OKU experience was top notch from the beginning to end. The staff were very professional and helpful, from the porters to reception to a top notch concierge who arranged amazing tables at nearby restaurants. Great poolside music and service. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend a stay at OKU.

Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!

Prachtig hotel. Top service en goede ligging. Van hieruit kan je heel Ibiza bezoeken. De twee zwembaden geven je de mogelijkhied om te kiezen tussen een rustig zwembad, of een drukker, waar luidere muziek wordt gespeeld.

Grundsätzlich ist das OKU unseres Erachtens ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Wirkt / ist Alles sehr neu und sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes (aber auch mit 35€/pP knackiges) Frühstück. Valet Parking hat super funktioniert. Nicht super gut ist uE die Lage auf der Insel, als auch die Lage vieler Zimmer zur Strasse. Nicht wirklich ruhiges Hotel - insbesondere wenn man wie in unserem Fall (Zimmer 1120) ein Zimmer gegenüber eines Facilityraumes erwischt :/. Und das bei einem knapp 600€/Nacht Zimmer in der Honeymoonwoche.. Aber wie gesagt. Sehr neu, top Personal, gutes Essen insb Frühstück und tolle Pools

Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. I can’t wait to visit again. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave. The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants.. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely. The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us. Our waiter was painfully slow & really ignored a lot of what we were saying. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses & we had to ask for the bill about 4 times. Wouldn’t go there again.

Food was great, staff were friendly and welcoming and hotel and amenities were great. 2 downside’s were that the pool playlist, before / after the DJ was repeated once if not two to three times and the prices were incredibly high (for 1 person over 5 days it was over half the hotel stay costs)
Food was great, staff were friendly and welcoming and hotel and amenities were great. 2 downside’s were that the pool playlist, before / after the DJ was repeated once if not two to three times and the prices were incredibly high (for 1 person over 5 days it was over half the hotel stay costs)

Comme d'habitude séjour exceptionnel Hotel moderne et très bien entretenu Personnel au top Chambre très agréable avec son balcon sur la piscine Piscine de 50m avec ses plages incroyable Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent Plats et boissons servis à la piscine variés et délicieux Nous reviendrons sans hesitation

Very nice hotel. Lunch around the pool is a little disappointing and very expensive for what it is. Great evening meal in Teyo. Not sure it's worth £700. + a night in peak season

Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Check in process was slick, room was clean and minimalist. Very comfortable bed. We sat in the bar on our first night and got told by a waiter to order a drink at the bar, but didn't get served or acknowledged for 15 minutes. I then had to ask the same waiter for table service which he then provided straight away. Food and cocktails expensive but tasty. Pool was fantastic, very spacious beds and sun loungers. Never had an issue securing one. Breakfast was excellent; huge range of hot and cold choices. Breakfast waiting staff couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. Although it was an expensive stay, you do get a lot for your money in terms of facilities, breakfast and helpful staff.

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

We have just returned home from a 3 night stay at OKU Ibiza. Advertised as a 5* hotel in San Antonio. This trip was part of our Mini Moon. So I had asked in advance if a welcome gift for my wife was possible. This was kindly accepted. Which I was very grateful for. When we arrived at OKU, we were impressed with the look of the hotel and the gardens that are part of the hotel. It's a beautiful looking hotel. No complaints there. Upon check in which was admittedly an early check in, it became apparent that we were in block 3, the family block. Which I was worried about before (maybe I should have pre booked a different block, not sure if this is possible) where you just don't feel part of it, an after thought. It's across the road from the main pool and bar area. This isn't mentioned on the site when you book so beware. Our view in the room was appalling. Bins and car park. There was also no welcome gesture. You are also going to have €100 per a night you are there temporarily blocked from your credit card. Overall we wouldn't return, it's simply not worth the money. It's nowhere near a 5* . It feels soulless and struggles to meet the standards of other hotels around that are cheaper and a better vibe. Sadly we were dissatisfied in a number of areas. I had even debated leaving if I could have got a refund, but we weren't on the island long enough really. In hindsight I wish I had as it's not a 5* experience. 4* at absolute best.

If you’re looking for a 5 star experience I would avoid at all costs. For a 5 star hotel the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The rooms are extremely small and the shower leaks through the door to the bedroom. There is also black mould in the showers. Rooms don’t have irons, you have to request them, and even then it took 4 calls to reception before someone finally delivered one to the room. We asked the staff for recommendations to watch sports nearby - they couldn’t answer and instead instructed the concierge to google places (something we could do ourselves but were hoping as locals they’d be able to suggest a venue that shows sports - obviously not). Our biggest issue was the level of service provided by the staff. It’s a 5 star hotel with a hefty price tag, the service is what should separate them from the rest of the 4 star and below hotels. It cost nothing to be polite and to provide good service, something this hotel falls short on massively. A shame because the aesthetic of the hotel grounds are really nice.
