This was our second time staying at this property. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with everything you might need. The kids love the toys in the kid's bedroom and feeding the Koi fish. We plan on staying here whenever we visit family in Nicholasville.

The kitchen needs better knives and more cutlery. The knives would'nt cut hot butter and there were only 6 forks.Lot of wasted space in living room. It would be better to have the kitchen opened up with an island. Location of home was great. Use of the garage would have been nice especially with the bad weather. Our host was great.
