The place was falling apart and looked like a welfare hotel. There were not enough towels and had holes big enough to put your head through them. The shower door did not close and flooded the floor. There weren’t drinking cups. The beds were so soft that it was very difficult to get out of them and we woke up aching all over. For this we paid close to $150???

Another blunder! Got to hotel and they had no reservation for us. Hotel was full. We didn’t stay and I got charged.

I would love to leave a stay review but we did not get that chance. Upon arrival- the lady said they didnt have our reservation and they were sold out for the weekend because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time and prepay- it said nothing about that on expedia. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend. They offered us to stay friday night and to play it by ear on saturday which did not go over well for the rest of the family so we ended up leaving which ruined the 4th of july plans. The rate they did offer for friday night was more expensive than the expedia price. I believe they are trying to scam people by doing this then charging more. You dont have to affiliate with online booking by choice but you choose to then dont honor it. I will say the manager mary was very nice.
