The place was falling apart and looked like a welfare hotel. There were not enough towels and had holes big enough to put your head through them. The shower door did not close and flooded the floor. There weren’t drinking cups. The beds were so soft that it was very difficult to get out of them and we woke up aching all over. For this we paid close to $150???

Another blunder! Got to hotel and they had no reservation for us. Hotel was full. We didn’t stay and I got charged.

Mary was fantastic! The property was older and not necessarily in the best of conditions. But it was clean and the beds comfortable. Not worth what we paid on hotels.com. Apparently, we could have gotten it much cheaper had we contacted the place directly, but, I have no complaints about the stay itself. Mary was very hospitable and accommodating. Thank you, Mary!

The best way I can describe my visit is it was like staying at Grandma's house/cabin. The style and interior is kinda 1950-ish, with the exception of the television, which was digital. The person in charge was an amazing woman named Mary! She is friendly, caring, and an extremely knowledgeable person! I hope when I come back next year, Mary will still be the caretaker.
