One of the most important observations was that they didn’t have any luggage cart. All reputable hotels have luggage carts. So we had to struggle with our bags and I’m disabled!

I was skeptical when I saw all of the great reviews but now I'm a believer. From the outside, it looks like any budget hotel. Once I stepped into my room, I was delighted. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was probably too comfortable because I overslept. This was a work trip and I needed to upload some video files and the Internet was great. Be advised, though, that the hotel does not have an elevator so if you need the first floor, be sure to let them know in advance.

Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Rooms and building are clearly done inexpensively, empty vending machines, no general amenities like coffe just not part of the package.

Room was clean and modernized but hotel was not. Room had no odor but halls and stairwell smelled heavily like smoke (despite it currently being a nonsmoking hotel). Had to drive to nearby towns for groceries, activities, and general conveniences. Didn’t realize there were no hairdryers until I got there. But - it was the only availability for the time I stayed for where I needed to be close to, so despite the superficial issues I had no issues.

The hotel was very clean and quiet even with pets allowed. Our dogs had as nice a time on our overnight stop as we did! The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere good, and the lovely woman at check in was very kind. We will be staying again when in the area.

The door did not close and secure on it’s own. There was mold in the shower. The door not being able to secure was a major issue for me. After entering the room it was over an hour before I noticed. It’s not something you expect you should have to check.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. As a light sleeper, I found the bed to be surprisingly comfortable. Only two things to complain about: 1. The WiFi was unusable, except for a few minutes each day. 2. Our room was near an entrance door which was busy and noisy on the weekend. However, after the weekend, very little noise to contend with. Overall, a good value for the money.

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable TV was good. There was plenty of light. There are no amenities. The only things I was unhappy with is the bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to close the water faucets were reverised hot was cold cold was hot and the sink drained very slow.I would stay again I hope they correct these minor items.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. We had the hardest time connecting to the wifi. Different devices - at various times - the screen to accept the terms wouldn’t populate. We could barely use it which was frustrating. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Chose this hotel because it had decent ratings near the location we needed but I’m not clear where the good ratings came from. The hotel is very dated and run down. Nothing unsafe and not necessarily dirty. The door to our bathroom would not close fully and creaked so loud when opening or closing that it woke the rest of the family. Beds were clean but felt like sleeping in concrete. Housekeeping came to replace towels and fold our toilet paper into a point but for some unknown reason did not make our beds. Pretty disappointing!

This motel has recently been remodeled and is in very good shape. It's clean, the AC works and the internet is very good. Close to fast food places. The price was right. There are two drawbacks: 1) they did not get the reservations right and charged someone for a room that I had already paid for and 2) if you are in the front of the building, it's fairly noisy from traffic on Rt 40. I would stay here again but would request a room at the back of the building.

Horrible customer service. We got offered an upgrade to a better room and we asked if we could have two bedrooms at 1 am when we arrived. 2 bedrooms were available but they refused and then were very quick to say no more upgrade. Literally would of left if it was not late. Stay in AC if possible

Check in was ok, room had wooden floors, that was lovely, the next day i went to the office and met a VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING young lady there. I was wondering if i had done something wrong until my friend who also booked the hotel mentioned her rudeness. I did love the quietness and cleaniless of the hotel but I'm not coming back and so is my friend. I had told my team about booking the hotel for October but no, we're not coming back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that run the Inn are incredibly rude and have a very bad attitude. The way they treat guests in beyond words. They don't treat their employees much better. There never seems to be a manager on duty to speak to or bring up a complaint to. I would avoid this place at all cost. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. The state of the room was also appalling, as seen in pictures attached. A huge booger on the wall, the debris in the air conditioning unit; they denied a refund through my booking agency stating their rooms were clean, but it smelled of smoke. I'm glad I took photos. Please for your own good, avoid like the plague.

The woman at the front was so rude on the phone, she hung up on me because I was trying to get a refund. Upon arrival our toilet wouldn’t flush, which they fixed for us, only to stop working again after 3 flushes. The room seemed nice at first, then we were woken up in the middle of the night to 50+ ants crawling on us in the bed, on the nightstand, and along the baseboard. There was also no fitted sheet on our bed. We only stayed for one night and had to leave at 7am, also no one at the desk at that time. We were refused a refund since we stayed the whole night, and were told the only way we would have gotten a refund is if we checked out in the middle of the night, leaving us 3 hours away from home with no where to sleep. Then I asked to speak to the owner and the receptionist told us he said we could not get a refund because they “don’t allow celebrations” because the room was decorated (which we cleaned up before leaving), which is not true, because before booking I called and let her know I’d be decorating and I was not told about said rule. Anything to not give us a refund. Horrible customer service, toilet did not work, not fitted sheet on the bed, and woke up to an ant infestation.

This motel has recently been remodeled and is in very good shape. It's clean, the AC works and the internet is very good. Close to fast food places. The price was right. There are two drawbacks: 1) they did not get the reservations right and charged someone for a room that I had already paid for and 2) if you are in the front of the building, it's fairly noisy from traffic on Rt 40. I would stay here again but would request a room at the back of the building.

The room was clean and newly renovated. If you are looking for no amenities just a clean place to sleep then this is the place for you. There is pizza place and a Dollar general across the street so you can get a snack over there and walk back.

Staff is the friendliest. Room is clean and price is fair for that property. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Dunkin and Maurizios pizza, which was delicious, and also dollar general.

Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Rooms and building are clearly done inexpensively, empty vending machines, no general amenities like coffe just not part of the package.

I enjoyed my stay and glad i could have my dog in the room. I can say i was a little disappointed that there was no coffee maker cause i brought along stuff to make some coffee but i really will come back when i can to sleep a couple nights there

Clean rooms, Beds were very hard and lumpy will not ever stay there again. Very disappointed in the beds. One of the worse beds I've ever slept on. 1 step up from the comfortableity of a floor.

Down side is the absence of continental basic breakfast in the hotel. Room are quite spacious and comfortable, the outside and the corridor doesn't pay it justice - inside of the room much better than outside apparence.

We didn’t know there was a pool. We were never told. The towel’s felt wet before we even used them. The pillows are very small for a king size bed

I never stayed becauae the place was a dump and the hotel still hasn't refunded me. I pre-paid and booked the large king suite and added a note that I had a dog. Checking in at 9pm the ignorant child working the front desk told me it wasn't a dog room and I had to get another smaller room. The room was a shoe box and nasty. Gross hotel. I'm here for work and will let everyone know this place is a dump. Remodeled? This place had rusty walls in the bathroom. How is that even possible? Stay away. Staying in your car would be safer. I made sure everyone at work knew the place was a dump and no one should consider staying there.
