Einchecken musste man per self-check-in und vom Parkhaus hatte man direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Jedoch stand das Bett in einer kleinen Nische auf einem ca. 40cm hohen Podest mit kaum Platz um das Bett herum. Man musste quasi auf dem Bett nach vorne ans Fußende rücken und dann runtersteigen. Für ältere Personen nicht so einfach. Möglicherweise ist dieses Konzept platzbedingt nur in einem Zimmer und das hatte leider ich. Es handelte sich um Zimmer Nr. 29. Bitte bei Buchung berücksichtigen. Durch den self-check-in hatte ich hier leider keinen Einfluss oder Möglichkeit zum Zimmerwechsel. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich jedem weiter. Wir waren mit dem E-Bike unterwegs, ein Velokeller mit Stromanschluss war vorhanden. Ausserdem haben wir ein sehr guetes Abendessen bei herzlicher Bedienung genossen:)

Nice hotel. Great view of the lake. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Nice wine list. Self-checkin was a little weird. Room a nice size. Large bathroom. Perfect for small family. Only issue was the town clock tower is 25 meters away and very loud. It did not ring all night, but 200 bells at 0700 was a wake up!

Alles wie beschrieben! Kirchenglocke direkt am Haus. Parken kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Self check in problemlos. Frühstück alles da, man kann es sogar auf der Terrasse genießen.

Ved bookingen på Hotels, så vi at der var online check-in var lidt skeptisk, men gav det en chance. Ved ankomst viser det sig at der ligger en restaurant i stueetagen. Selvom personalet endeligt ikke havde noget med check-in og ud at gøre, så hjalp de bare med det hele, anviste hvordan man gjorde osv. Så fin service. Da vi så under middagen om aftenen, talte om at blive en nat mere, ja så fixede personalet også det så vi kunne blive på samme værelse. I det hele taget var personalet meget service orienteret omkring vores ophold med info om området osv. Maden i restauranten var er meget høj kvalitet og lækkert anrettet. Værelserne ligger helt i top omkring renlighed. Lækre nyrenoverede værelser, ja hele hotellet var velholdt og rent over det hele. Hvis jeg må kommer med et forslag så kik på at få en dør ved bruseren, så man ikke får vand på gulvet foran toilettet. Tusind tak til alle på hotellet for et par dejlige dage hos jer. Vi kommer igen en anden gang helt sikkert

Das Personal war stets ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist modern und chic. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr köstlich und appetitlich serviert. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Gut zu erreichen, etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und dennoch zentral. Sehr ruhig. In Mitten der Schweiz. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Liebend gerne kommen wir wieder.

Every my wishes of high level and nice view were came true but i was allocated in old building which i had no idea of existing old and new building with No lift and air conditioning. Carry all heavy luggage to the top. Not cool to do.

Talking about a room with a view? Try to get room 22 or the one on the 3rd floor directly above for an astonishing view. The hotel itself is neat and clean, and including sauna and steambad, very nice! The breakfast buffet was up to our standard and the surroundings in the Swiss alps has been as always brilliant. So all and all a very nice stay, we didn’t extend our stay with another day for nothing! (small note on the downside, extending our stay was a bit of a hassle due to the automated check in process and the absence of a real person at a front desk.)

The room and the hotel were satisfactory. The only potential issue is that there is no staff at reception upon your arrival, and you must check in on your cellphone. Alternatively, you can call someone at their number, and they will check you in. Everything is online, hence it is a point to consider if you are not comfortable with online management of your booking. Sachseln is a beautiful place and Hotel Kreuz is within walking distance from the train station.

Måtte selv tjekke ind og ud elektronisk, hvilket gik ok. Havde derfor ingen kontakt med personale. Følte os lidt mistænkeliggjort når vi kiggede os omkring på hotellet, for at orientere os om faciliteter. Dejlig terrasse med fantastisk udsigt.

Great hotel for my purposes. Very nice room and everythings worked and the breakfast buffet was fine. But you would expect a little more when you look at the price. The check-in is done on a screen and there were no people to help.

Ved bookingen på Hotels, så vi at der var online check-in var lidt skeptisk, men gav det en chance. Ved ankomst viser det sig at der ligger en restaurant i stueetagen. Selvom personalet endeligt ikke havde noget med check-in og ud at gøre, så hjalp de bare med det hele, anviste hvordan man gjorde osv. Så fin service. Da vi så under middagen om aftenen, talte om at blive en nat mere, ja så fixede personalet også det så vi kunne blive på samme værelse. I det hele taget var personalet meget service orienteret omkring vores ophold med info om området osv. Maden i restauranten var er meget høj kvalitet og lækkert anrettet. Værelserne ligger helt i top omkring renlighed. Lækre nyrenoverede værelser, ja hele hotellet var velholdt og rent over det hele. Hvis jeg må kommer med et forslag så kik på at få en dør ved bruseren, så man ikke får vand på gulvet foran toilettet. Tusind tak til alle på hotellet for et par dejlige dage hos jer. Vi kommer igen en anden gang helt sikkert

Nice hotel. Great view of the lake. Hotel restaurant dinner was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Nice wine list. Self-checkin was a little weird. Room a nice size. Large bathroom. Perfect for small family. Only issue was the town clock tower is 25 meters away and very loud. It did not ring all night, but 200 bells at 0700 was a wake up!

Adorable hotel. Staff was unbelievably helpful and nice finding us a baby crib and storing refrigerated items overnight. Short walk to the lake. Highly recommend. Just be aware the church is right next door so the bells will wake you up in the morning if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in late but it added to the atmosphere.

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich jedem weiter. Wir waren mit dem E-Bike unterwegs, ein Velokeller mit Stromanschluss war vorhanden. Ausserdem haben wir ein sehr guetes Abendessen bei herzlicher Bedienung genossen:)

The room we stayed was really good. It was big and I loved the bathroom. The room and the bathroom both were really clean and beautiful. It was a self check-in and I had problem with check-in. It was in German language and I had trouble finding the English version. Luckily a fellow German guest helped me to check-in German.

Intet personale og telefon nummeret til deres hjælpe telefon virkede ikke. Vi fik ingen rengøring under opholdet. Derudover havde vi bedt om to enkeltsenge der stod adskilt når vi kom, det gjorde de heller ikke. Hotellet ligger lige ud til en kirke som ringer rigtig meget med klokkerne, både tidligt om morgenen og om aftenen..

A self check in hotel with only ONE screen to a line of people. Hotel sending me emails with info even though I’m NOT speaking Dutch/swiss. We couldn’t find the parking garage and the guide wasn’t really helpful. Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday… like the whole city. Thank god for the shop next door. Got the most expensive room - junior suite- just a big room with a bed, desk and an old spotted sofa. No luxury. Not even a little fridge or coffee maker…. No pictures on the wall. So disappointed. Not the biggest or best breakfast. Construction work just outside at 4 am in the morning and a 5 min. play from the church at 7 am. Would not return.
