Intet personale og telefon nummeret til deres hjælpe telefon virkede ikke. Vi fik ingen rengøring under opholdet. Derudover havde vi bedt om to enkeltsenge der stod adskilt når vi kom, det gjorde de heller ikke. Hotellet ligger lige ud til en kirke som ringer rigtig meget med klokkerne, både tidligt om morgenen og om aftenen..

A self check in hotel with only ONE screen to a line of people. Hotel sending me emails with info even though I’m NOT speaking Dutch/swiss. We couldn’t find the parking garage and the guide wasn’t really helpful. Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday… like the whole city. Thank god for the shop next door. Got the most expensive room - junior suite- just a big room with a bed, desk and an old spotted sofa. No luxury. Not even a little fridge or coffee maker…. No pictures on the wall. So disappointed. Not the biggest or best breakfast. Construction work just outside at 4 am in the morning and a 5 min. play from the church at 7 am. Would not return.

Self check in was a little challenging, especially as far as parking instructions. The breakfast was great! Unfortunately, the room was quite warm and the fan did not work very well.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we discovered that our room had been arranged in a different building without any prior notice. My room number was not available at reception, and there was no one there, so I had to call to find out what was happening. I was then directed to another building, which was very inconvenient. When I called again to ask why we had not been given a room in the hotel shown in the booking pictures, I was told that they had no rooms available in that hotel. We were given no choice but to accept a double room, even though we had been charged for a triple room. The room was also completely different from what was shown in the pictures. On top of that, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided. The most disappointing part was that, despite paying for a triple room and receiving a double room, the hotel refused to refund the difference. Overall, the experience was very poorly organised and not what we expected based on the booking. I hope the hotel improves its communication and ensures guests receive the room and facilities they have paid for.

Overall the hotel and room gets an excellent cleanliness rating. But, when checking the room at checkout I noticed that the floor under the bed hadn’t been mopped in a very long time, it was covered with dust!
