We had a fantastic stay at AM Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. What made our stay especially memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. A huge thank you to Origin and Carl for our game drives – and for not giving up until we finally found the rhino! Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and determination made the experience unforgettable. We’d also like to thank Charity for being the hostess with the mostest and taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!

Tivemos uma experiência única porém um pouco decepcionante. A equipe foi super prestativa e atenciosa, sempre disposta a tudo que pedimos. Quarto é maravilhoso, bonito, sempre limpo e organizado. A comida muito boa, porém em fotos que vi tinha muito mais opções, como jantares externos, pausa para drinks e bebidas nos game drives, que não aconteceram nenhuma vez. A estrutura do hotel parece de um hotel que já foi 5 estrelas mas não é mais. Não tem manutenção, piscina suja, externo mal cuidado. Veículos dos game drives sujos e antigos. Aspecto de abandonado. Vimos outros hóspedes apenas no dia que chegamos, então aparentou não ter outras pessoas e, por isso, algumas vezes os funcionários queriam fazer tudo rápido, principalmente nas refeições. Confesso que pelo valor esperava algo muito além do oferecido. As fotos da área comum não condiz com o apresentado.

A nossa estada foi espetacular. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores hotéis onde já estive. As instalações são luxuosas, limpas e pensadas nos mínimos detalhes. A hospitalidade e a gentileza da equipe do hotel merecem muitos elogios. A recepção foi calorosa e completa. Com muita educação, todos oferecem cuidados constantes, sempre preocupados em manter a perfeição do atendimento. A comida é saborosa e farta. Destacamos o profissionalismo do hotest Shepherd e da chef, muito prontos para atenderem as preferências dos hóspedes. Também é digno de elogio o empenho de Benjamin e de Jamito, responsáveis pelos safáris. Eles não mediram esforços para vermos o máximo de animais. No hotel, pudemos ver de perto girafas, zebras, leões, impalas, macacos e búfalos, além de outros. Recomendamos muito e certamente AM LODGE é uma escolha acertada. Obrigada!
